"Wow! What an amazing, beautiful and clean cabin. My husband and I rented for 10 days and my sister and her husband stayed with us for a long weekend. It was great. A wood burning fireplace and an outdoor fire pit and a charcoal grill. It's a well designed chic cozy cabin getaway. It's truly as beautiful as the pictures. Also, the owners were very accommodating to our needs and responded immediately - thank you so much. The beds were amazingly comfortable. My sister said, "I need to get a feather bed!" We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the Lake. We saw loons everyday. Loved it! Beautiful walks from the cabin and we even drove to some other trails and enjoyed a nice hike. We rented a Pontoon and explored Lake Namakagon. Great little bars in the area. Our favorite was the Rookery - great food. Pla-mor we drove the pontoon across the lake to for their Wednesday Night ALL YOU CAN EAT super HUGE chicken wings. It's a very cute little town. Love the Ideal Market - must check it out! Books, Gifts and cute place to eat. This is a perfect getaway with all the amenities of home. Only thing they didn't have was a crock pot - which I brought. Would definitely recommend! Everyone is telling us how relaxed we look. ;-) Thank YOU for everything!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Scheer's. The cabin was very clean and nice. It was right next to a restaurant, ice cream shop, clothes shop and the lumberjack shows. We went to all and enjoyed them! It is on Hayward Lake, which is a small lake. We also went to Round Lake, which is not far away. It is perfect for a family of four, but more so for younger children. We have two teens, and the second bedroom was small with two twin beds. No air in the second bedroom either, so we bought a large fan for the room. Other than that, it worked well and was a very pleasant stay. It also didn't hurt that the weather was perfect the entire 6 days we were there!"

"Our family has been renting homes in the Hayward area for six straight years. Each year we attempt to find the "perfect home" and this year we accomplished our goal. Our group of 12 was able to bond for the week with room to get away when the bonding limit was reached. The home is beautifully decorated in a way that made you feel as though you could sink into every chair and take a nap. Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and eating area was large enough for family dinners. We had movie nights in the lower level and many intense games of pool. The boys used the tv in lower level for x-box which make them "feel at home". Music can be played throughout the home. The steps to the water are easy to navigate. We took many morning dips in the water right off of the dock. We rented our pontoon from Trails End Resort which is a short boat ride away. John (the owner) was more than pleasant and professional. We've already booked our return trip next year!"

"This year was our 4th year staying at this wonderful lake home near Hayward, WI. My wife's family has traveled to Hayward every summer for more than 30 years. As the family expands, it has been harder to find homes that can comfortably fit 10 of us. This home does that with a private bedroom for every couple and even a great room for the kids with bunk beds that they look forward to every year. We bring our personal watercraft each year and there is a great dock for both swimming and launching off for fun. This year we even rented a boat for the week and it was nice to have a place to tie it up each night. We plan to return for many years to come!"
