"When I picture a Wisconsin cabin, this is it. While there are neighbors they blend into the background. The place is spacious and comfortable. There are some very family friendly games provided as well as a large collection of VHS movies. (I didn't check, but I think the machine plays DVDs too) We spent the time either hiking or on the water. Some great restaurants nearby, so you will not go hungry.
It is secluded - but then it is quiet and restful."

"We have come here two summers now, and it feels like home. The description on the website is very accurate. There is lots of sleeping space, and we tie our boats up at the dock with easy access to Lake Holcombe. It has all the kitchen amenities you need to cook for a whole crew. Thanks!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. There were 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 kids - that found the house comfortable and suited to our needs. The kitchen was easy to work in and had everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals. An abundance of towels and sundries were available as well which was appreciated. Unfortunately a recent storm had decimated the beach so we weren't able to spend any time exploring the lakeshore and walking through the yard meant side-stepping a lot of goose droppings. It was necessary to consistently check shoes when entering the house to ensure nothing got tracked in but we were all aware so it wasn't a big issue. We enjoyed the area, Big Bay Park, and La Pointe. I suggest to make sure to bring everything you need and to fill gas tanks prior to taking the ferry to the island. Supplies were sparse in the grocery store and gas was $1.00 more per gallon than on the mainland. A great time was had by all and we would rent this property again."
