"We stayed at this property for the first time but Lesleigh made us feel like we had known her forever!
The quiet country location, eclectic music selection, handmade quilts, soothing selection of books, I could go on and on. This place truly felt like we took our home on vacation with us😊
We hiked the Devils Lake bluffs and watched the UW rowing teams compete on the lake. It was magnificent!!
We hope to rent this location again and thank Lesleigh for her hospitality and for providing such an amazing stay."

"This lakehouse was perfect for our weekend getaway to Devils Head for skiing. It was only about a 20 mn drive, but we also got to see amazing views. The lakehouse was fully equipped, comfortable and well kept. I hope to stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. It is so peaceful sitting out on the deck and enjoying the sounds of the birds chirping. We sat out on the deck in the mornings and again in the evenings for grilling. Bugs were not an issue. The house was set up nice and was plenty of room for 2 couples. Lots to do and see in the area. A must while in the area is to go to Devil's Head State Park and Circus World Museum. Go out for the day and come back and enjoy the deck in the evening!!! We made breakfast in the AM and grilled in the evening so unsure of restaurants in the area. There is a great meat market in Baraboo that has everything you need for grilling. We do recommend this property and hope to get back to the area again in the near future."

"First of all, I am conflicted in writing this review as it may make their calendar too full with other renters but I guess I'll take the risk.
This cottage totally brought back memories of childhood for both me and my wife. Going swimming, catching fireflies, having a campfire; All in the prettiest little cottage that is actually surprisingly roomy. The view from the pier is beautiful. While we did not take advantage of renting a boat we did spend a bunch of time in the water and it was super fun. Connie and Ross have thought of everything and even brought over some lawn toys for us to play with our daughter. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had plenty of room. We could have easily slept 6 with the included futon.
We made use of the gas grill for both nights and it worked fine on our brats and burgers. We brought some dvd's for late night movies and they played great on the included flat screen. Piggly Wiggly is a couple miles away so stop there first and then you don't need to head back out after you arrive.
We're looking forward to spending time there next year and for years to come. Highly recommended."
