  • What a great trip!

"The house was lovely. Loved all the pictures of the castles and Ireland. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice. Luxury bathroom upstairs. This place has everything you could want in a vacation house. Beautiful setting. As somebody else mentioned, lots of stairs, but so worth it. The stairs lead you to the lake where there is a nice boat house with separate patio. At least it was a picturesque stairway. The lake was great. The kids never ran out of things to do. The only complaints I had were the scary steep driveway and the bricks that lead into the lake. They looked nice, but a little slippery at the water's edge. A little sandy beach would make it perfect! Both were not a big deal considering all this place had to offer! Hot tub was very clean and we used it often. We hope to go back for sure! The kids cried about having to leave!"

  • Totally relaxing!

"Our family really enjoyed this lake house! The linens were all crisp and new and the deck has beautiful new patio furniture. The most appreciated feature was the gradual slope to the peaceful lake, and the sandy beach for our grandson to play in. The view from the deck is exquisite! We also really appreciated having a rowboat and kayak at our disposal, and we fished right from the very sturdy dock. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and easy to reach by phone. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!"

  • Great weekend get away cabin!!!

"A wonderful place, very close to Chicago and Lake Geneva. Beautiful view of lake and property, very clean and comfortable. Would not recommend for more than 2 to 3 guests because house is small. Really enjoyed it and would like to return! Jack was very nice and greeted us, that is a good thing for everyone. The local grocery store a very short distance away has everything you would need, great meats too."
