"We spent a snowy weekend at this property to celebrate a friends birthday.
It couldn't have worked out nicer.
The house was more spacious that it looked in the picture. It was warm, cosy and comfortable.
Ten inches of snow fell that weekend and the owner sent a plow team to clear the driveway so we wouldn't be snowed it. Very much appreciated.
The owner was very pleasant and helpful.
I would highly recommend this property.

"We spent a week in August at the lovely, clean and bright Delavan Lake Home with 14 family members ranging from age 9 months through age 63. It was a fun reunion for everyone. We were blessed with wonderful weather and even had the joy of watching a lightning storm pass by one evening. The view was incredible from the sun porch overlooking the lake. We used the deck every day, watched the boats on the lake, walked the lake path and passed the friendly neighbors. We swam, fished, canoed and kayaked on the lake. It is close to Lake Geneva so we spent a day there in the hustle and bustle of the busy, lovely, tourist town and returned to our quiet, peaceful Delavan Lake House to enjoy cooking meals in the spacious, well supplied kitchen. Plenty of spaces for everyone to sit at a table and most tables have a nice view of the lake. The tables were also great for playing games after dinner. We enjoyed taking turns cooking, but there were many restaurants in the area too. Unfortunately on the last night we had an issue with the upstairs air conditioning. Maureen was very apologetic and even followed up after we left to let us know what was wrong and that they had it corrected. I’m sure that had it happened earlier in the week, it would have been corrected promptly. Thank you, Maureen, for your emails and prompt response to all of our questions. I hope we can stay at the Delavan Lake House again in the not too distant future."

"When at last we thought we were doomed for our plans for our weekend away. When to our rescue were two perfectly sweet accommodating souls (whom we did not know) came to our rescue. When the other home we rented had fallen to water damage the morning we were to leave we were in a panic. We would like to Thank Julie and Greg for the last minute rush to rent us their beautiful Home in Delavan Wi. Much to our surprise it was so much nicer than the previous home we rent often. Julie and Greg's' home was delightful. The amenities are above what you would expect, clean well maintained and the ceiling well there are no words you must see it for yourself (exquisite)! It is a beautiful place so clean and comfortable. Granted we were there in the winter and did not use any of the amenities outside which look like it could be a lot of fun but the inside décor is lovely. The welcoming fire place was romantically warming and provided us with everything we needed to have a perfectly wonderful weekend. I almost hate to put such a great review (hoping to keep it to ourselves LOL!) but they deserve it. You will not be disappointed. We will return hopefully often it was the nicest place we have stayed with in the area. Now this maybe the weekend place for our little escapes from reality. Hallelujah!
All the best to you.

"I highly recommend Vista Pointe. We rented the house for a ladies' vacation. There were six of us and since the house has six bedrooms, we each had our own room. We even brought along two dogs. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious and very comfortable. As others have said, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans and even serving dishes. The weather wasn't cooperating so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor fireplace but we spent a lot of time around the kitchen island talking and cooking. The huge dining room table was great for dining, games and even putting together a big puzzle. The town is a short ten minute drive, Lake Geneva shopping is maybe 15 minutes away. We dined at Cafe Calamari (delicious!) in Williams Bay and each came home with leftovers for the next night. If you want to get away from the hustle bustle of the big city, Vista Pointe is the place. One thing that interested me was the history of the home and how it had been restored with some old and new features which added to the beauty of the home. Oh, and Chris, the caretaker, was wonderful to deal with. We will be back!"
