"What a lovely way to ring in the New Year. The view from the large living room window is the big blue expanse of Lake Michigan. Just perfect to sip tea (or champagne) and make this year's resolutions. We even ventured down to the water and enjoyed long walks by the lake. A surprising treat this time of year. Equally surprising was the gigantic water heater this house has for long steaming showers to raise your body temperature after you get back. The house is itself is charming and large. I love the original leaded glass window. We even had the good fortune to meet several of the neighbors and they were welcoming and kind. It was so lovely to be here in January, I can't wait to try it out in the summer."

"Our whole family enjoyed the time spent at the Lauderdale Lakefront cottage on Green Lake. It has one of the best views on the lake! The house was larger than I expected though most of the time was spent on the boat house deck and the lake. As indicated in other reviews - the house had most everything we needed. With Doug's help we were able to rent a boat for a couple of days and enjoy water skiing. We are considering buying a lake house one day but until then we would stay here again!"

"We had three adults and four active children and still had a lot of room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. The setting was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The privacy of the gated community was comforting. The town home was just down the road from Lake Geneva, Delavan, and Williams Bay for ease of shopping and activities. The only drawbacks were workers painting while trying to sleep and a change in rules that only allowed renters to use the pool one day free before having to pay. Otherwise, it was great place to stay! We would go back again!"
