"Thoroughly enjoyed our birthday weekend get away in Lake Geneva and this town home in Geneva National! The location is great, easy driving to town and nearby restaurants. Loved the shopping! Home is very spacious, met all our needs! Hope to return someday when we will be able to enjoy the swimming pools/ hot tub!"

PLENTY OF ROOM TO DO NOTHING OR EVERYTHING; IT'S UP TO YOU!
"I will start out by saying we had an incredible time staying here; of course it helped that the weather was perfect the entire time! However, even if it had rained everyday there would have been plenty of room and things to do for the 14 adults inside. The house is on a large lot on a peninsula; numerous outdoor seating areas so people can have their own quiet time if desired. The lake is beautiful; great for kayaking (which you can rent from owner) or rent their pontoon boat, definitely worth it for nice quiet rides around the lake or anchor in the shallows (about 300 yards off the point) where it's only 2'-4' deep; great party area! Plenty of grassy area for kids to play. The house is only about 8 miles from Lake Geneva if you are looking to do something off sight (shopping, nightlife, etc...). We did a wine tasting at a local winery and tipped a few pints at a local brewery. Being familiar w/that area, there are plenty of other things to do w/adults and kids. I hosted the 6 other couples who traveled from the east coast and gulf coast, all commented how enjoyable and beautiful this property and home was. My wife I selected the bedroom in the basement; hidden away from others at night, very dark and had our own large bathroom (it has a urinal gentleman!). Large family room in the basement; large bar, plenty of sofa area and we had some great times playing cards and pool. The kitchen is nice and fully functional; we didn't need anything (plates, etc...). Other than food & drink, the house has almost everything; you need to bring your own towels. The outdoor Weber gas grill was used quite a bit! To the owner John, you are blessed with a beautiful home on a wonderful piece of lake front property. Thank you for letting me my wife and all our friends an opportunity to use your home. It was the perfect place for all of us! I hope to use your home again for our reunion."

"Great property. We used to live in the area and we had the opportunity to spend the full summer of 2015 back in Lake Geneva and came across this property. We stayed over 3 months at this home and completely enjoyed our "return to Lake Geneva". Conveniently located in Cedar Point Park with very easy walking distance not only to the water front and pier, but also over to the restaurants in Williams Bay as well as walking the lake front path. The home, while older, has been well taken care of and has that "authentic lake house feel". We especially enjoyed hearing the "lake sounds" when the windows were open (or on porch) making it feel like a lake front home. Randy (owner) couldn't have been better - if ANY issue came up, he promptly addressed them. The main level was perfect for my wife and myself and the lower level accommodated our grown children when they came to visit. Looking forward to returning!"
