  • Fantastic Lake House!!

"Our family stayed here for a full week and it flew by with everything you could want in a lake house it was just a question of what to do next. Beach, water pad, hot tub, fire pit, trampoline, kayak, canoe, beautiful patio and furniture. The furnishings and finishes of this home are extremely high quality and everything you need is right there. Besides a great house and a great setting right on the lake you are very close to town making dinner out or shopping a breeze. We brought our boat and some nights took it over to the restaurant on the lake. This place is just top notch in every way. I have rented at least a dozen houses on lakes or for golf get togethers and this house is the nicest from top to bottom. We will definitely be back."

  • women's retreat

"Four of us women stayed here for a women's retreat for 3 days. October was great time to go. Fall colors so wonderful. Lake was just beautiful at all times of the day or night. Even in the rain it was beautiful. The lake dancing with moon at night. Campfires were great. The house had great space for all of us. It was just so nice and cozy. Weather was wonderful for us those 3 days. Jennifer was great to work with. Sitting by the pier it great. Loves watching the swan family every morning. We so loved watching the sun go down and come up. Our pictures were amazing. Lots to do there at the lake and around the lake area. We enjoyed hiking by a near by park too. Since we lived not to far away it was nice that one lady who had to leave at the end of the 3 days could get back home work without driving to far. My sister and daughter were stayed with me yet for another night which my husband came up to join us for that 4th night. He loved it too. Its a great place for families, getting away, or just a couple's getaway as well. Looking forward to going back...."

  • Quilting get a way.

"I would like to thank MerryAnn for going out of her way to make our first experence at her house a success. She went out of her way to make sure there was everything we needed for a quilting group of 9 women. She contacted the quilt shops in the area to request discounts to the shops and that was very appreciated by all the women. The house was wonderful and with plenty of room for all. Having the large table that we could eat togother as a group was wonderful. Thank you and hopefully we will return soon."

  • Better than we had hoped for.

"This is a great house for extended family or friends. Multiple gathering spots inside + out. The house is lived in & comfortable. Bohemian chic. Lots of interesting art, musical instruments, games, books and comfortable furniture. Reasonably child-resistant. Excellent customer service. The owner answered the phone in 3 rings. No voice mail. Good Internet connectivity and a secluded basement room where two of us could do a little remote work. Plenty of bathrooms and bathing options. The steam-shower has an in ground tub at the back. Every single day someone in our group makes fun of the guy who complained about it. There is a big jacuzzi tub big enough for a small family or a big couple. It's in the central bathroom for access by all. Great floor plan, with bedrooms at the back of the house for napping kids or grandparents. The bedrooms are serviceable, with a TV in each one. Not Hilton-glamorous, but Quaker clean and comfortable. The dock is easy to get to, the steps and dock are in good repair. The water is clean and great for swimming. Lots of life jackets and water toys available. This is a rustic, lived in property, with nothing of substance to complain about. If you want spit and polish like at the Hilton, go to the Hilton. If you want to relax with your kids and grandkids and see every one play and have a great time, this is the place to come."
