  • An awesome stay!

"We stayed with another family of four over Christmas break and had a fabulous time. The place is beyond spacious and is super comfortable. The kids enjoyed the fun and privacy of the upstairs great room while the adults relaxed in the sitting room off the kitchen in front of the gas fireplace watching one of the many movies available. We explored the area by foot. It is a lovely property with very pretty views. All the comforts of home with amazing starry nights. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy country life. We will definitely be back.!"

  • Wonderful Cabin Getaway

"My wife and I have stayed at several VRBO rentals over the years, and this place is one of the nicest. The cabin is spotless and well equipped. We brought our black lab Mackie who had a wonderful time swimming, fetching, chasing squirrels, and even playing with the owner's black lab one day. Not many places will accept pets these days, so we were fortunate to find this place. It is also very close to where my daughter lives, so we got to spend some time with her. I caught a nice 31" blue catfish our first night there, and missed several others. We had several campfires down by the river while fishing at the same time. There are tons of places to go and things to do in the area. Also good places to eat such as Red Pines on Lake Onalaska and the Hungry Point Bar and Trempealeau Hotel in Trempealeau (8 miles away). The only thing that is not obvious from the pics and description is the hill down to the river is bigger than it looks. You will get a bit of a workout going back and forth, which is a good thing. It's a great place and we had a great time. Will definitely go back."

  • A great and relaxing place

"Came up to Pepin to get away and relax for a bit, and this place was perfect. An amazing view, outstanding location to shops and restaurants, and a perfect set up. I can't wait to come back."

  • Spacious and Comfortable

"I was enjoyed my stay in this very spacious apartment that includes the entire second floor of the house. Everything I needed was there. I wanted to significant spend time writing and found the sunporch to be a perfect spot. (I just needed to move a higher table in on which to put my laptop.) The porch has a ceiling fan and was very pleasant to sit in for hours with temperatures in the low 80s. Plenty of tall trees provide shade. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is a very convenient location to shopping, running, restaurants, the Mississippi River, and more."
