"We stayed here for 3 days during our son's wedding at Villa Bellezza. The house is better than a hotel, it has an amazing charm and is well equipped.
We liked Route 35 along the Mississippi from the airport MSP to Pepin. The little grocery store in Pepin was fantiastic."

"My boyfriend and I met up at this cabin for a weekend, and we were really impressed. The cabin was warm, clean, spacious, and well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The view behind the cabin was beautiful, and we enjoyed walking by the creek. We hope to go back with a group of friends later this winter. I highly recommend staying here!"

"My husband and I have been to this beautiful home three times and plan to go back next year again. It is perfect for us and we love the whole area. I especially love the sunsets almost every evening. I have taken at least a dozen pictures that I
can look at all winter. The house itself is great. It is always clean and perfect. It has a fireplace for cold weather and it has an outdoor fire pit for enjoyment. The Jacuzzi is a real plus. We could even watch the sunsets from it. The kitchen is great. It has everything a cook could possible want. I did a lot of cooking and found everything I needed. The trains do pass in back of the house but we love trains and they did not bother us. In fact there was a week with few to no trains and we missed seeing them. There are three pub/restaurant within walking distance. There is a market right down the block that carries a little of everything if you forget to bring something you need. There is a dock and fishing pier down the street for fisherman. There are some good restaurants nearby. Lansing Iowa. about ten miles away has several eating places. The Great River Road House in De Soto, Wi. about 7 miles away has a great view of the Mississippi, great food and pizza. This house is just a great get away spot."

"We had a great time at the caboose! It was relatively easy to find, tucked away from everything, and surrounded by great scenery. We really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and sitting around the bonfire. The caboose was really a fun place to wake up in! We were quite impressed with how much space there was in the little train car! We spent a day in LaCrosse and loved our time there. We also had dinner at the Smoke House Saloon in Lansing. Great pizza! We would definitely recommend to anyone!"
