"My daughter and I came to Sheridan to stay for a week. This little house is in the perfect spot. Easy access to downtown Sheridan and minutes away from the VA. It was a perfect home away from home. It had all the amenities anyone needs to stay comfortably for a week or a few months. It's clean and quiet, just what we were looking for!"Guest: Glen H. "Beautiful home, fantastic views and everything you need plus an excellent bed. We celebrated my husbands 69th birthday and our 44th wedding anniversary while at the cabin. We began each day watching the sunrise and ended it wih spectacular sunsets. If you really want to get away from it all, then this is the place for you."Guest: Sharrie and Bud Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 2, 2014View listing
"We planned a big family get-together in Sheridan. We gave each of our children the option of hotel rooms or a rental home for the week of their stay. My son chose the Waldorf A'Story for his family -- and I'm so happy he did! His family had a delightful time in the amazing guest house. (It looks just like the pictures but it is so much more amazing in person). The girls loved the creek, the kittens living out back, the rock climbing and "exploring". With so many people in our group, this turned out be be a wonderful gathering place for family and friends. We had a BBQ and card party there one evening and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. As Saturday approached (our family picnic day) we began to worry about rain. Our caterer (recommended, by the way, by Patty, the wonderful owner of the Waldorf) suggested we consider moving the event indoor. Where to find a place on such short notice?!? No problem! Patty generously offered to open her huge two story "barn/garage" for our event. It was perfect! I can't say enough about this amazing home and the wonderful owners. I've rented several times now through VRBO and this location is beyond a doubt the most unique and fun property we've leased. Loved it, loved the area, and the scenery and the owners. I can't think of one negative thing to say except the time went by too quickly."Guest: Marlene P. Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 14, 2014View listing
