"The cabin was amazing! The ultimate place to relax and enjoy the outdoors with friends. The weather wasn't always the best but the hot tub made it pretty easy to forget. I will definitely be coming back in the near future!"

"Secluded comfort, with a truly exceptional view of the Absaroka Range across the Wind River valley. Everything exactly as represented in the listing. Quiet and private. Felt like being on top of a mountain all by ourselves. Owner was prompt and thorough in responding to our questions.
We took some amazing hikes and left good maps in the cabin. I especially recommend Lake Louise. We encountered 2 bands of Bighorn sheep on our way to the Jade Lake trailhead; and then my wife saw one of the same rams the next day as part of a National Bighorn Sheep Center field trip. Recommend visitors make time for the Center.
We didn't want to do much cooking, so we got to try several local restaurants. Recommend Wilderness Boundary at Lava Mountain Lodge, Nostalgia Bistro and Rustic Steakhouse. And Kathy's Koffee for lunch. Local people very friendly and accommodating. We had trails mostly to ourselves -- a welcome contrast with still-crowded Yellowstone. Saw deer and eagles in the immediate vicinity of the cabin on a daily basis. Overall, an excellent value."

"This place was the best. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. There were fans, humidifiers, electric blankets, lanterns, flashlights, all the basic kitchen items. Plenty of dishes, utensils, flatware, pots & pans. Beds from firm to ultra soft. The sound of the babbling river outside was an added pleasure.
We were 3 retired siblings traveling with our spouses, and only two of the six with good mobility so we worried about the steps but with 3 of 4 bedrooms upstairs and the ability to drive down to the lower level the worry was for nothing.
During our stay the animals were abundant and the Mule Deer jumped the fence and came right into the back yard we even got to see a Grizzly on the out skirts of town when returning from Yellowstone. The fish were hungry and several trout were caught.
Besides the stores and pharmacy that the owner recommends in Riverton we found Jackson Hole to be more convenient to our travel pattern. Grocery Store is directly across the street.
The manager Marsha was very helpful and informative my brother came with his prospecting gear and she personally showed him a few places he could pan. The trip to Yellowstone was a bit of a hike but well worth it. We explored the museum a short walk north of the home and several of the scenic drives. Views are outstanding.
The only problem we encountered was the smoke from the California Fires and the home not having air conditioning and that was only a problem because my brother came down with a cold during our stay and had to leave early cause he couldn't handle the smoke. The temperatures didn't warrant an air conditioner."

"We stayed at this house for two weeks. it was very cozy and relaxing. I have never stayed in a house with a better view. the management company was very helpful and responsive. Our family of five was very comfortable and happy in the house. The best thing about it - Union Pass road is a gateway to the Shoshone and Teton National Parks right up the road. Great camping 4 miles up the pass at Warm Springs. Awesome brook trout in Warm Springs that have seen no pressure so my 10 year old could be rewarded as he learned to fly fish. Rent ATV's at Crooked Creek 2 miles up the pass road. Just what we were looking for!"
