"The cabin was clean, spacious, and functional. It is a great location. It was 15 - 25 minutes to all the great hiking in the Medicine Bow range.
The owner is very nice. You may have to wait a little for her to respond, but it is worth it.
There are no curtains, but you don’t need them, because the houses are placed just right. Also the big windows allow for a great view into the trees and it was wonderful to lay in bed and gaze at the stars and enjoy the quiet. If you need it to be dark to sleep, you might need an eye mask.
There are lots of movies provided if you don’t want to watch TV. There is a ton of fire wood and we took advantage and made a nice stove fire one cool evening. We didn’t use the outside fire pit, but it looked well laid out.
The layout is a little awkward with the small (13 inch flat screen ) TV upstairs. It would probably be more usable downstairs in the living room. Also if you have small children or dogs, the railings on the loft and decks aren’t too child friendly. The shower has an aspirator so if you are looking for a powerful spray, you will not get it. Finally we were hoping to play in the 1+ acre yard. However, it hadn’t been mowed in a long time so it was not usable.
Overall though a very enjoyable stay and recommend the place."

"The VRBO experience was new to us, so we were a little nervous. But Marian was so easy to work with and once we arrived we knew we were someplace very unique. The cabin is perfect. It feels brand new, very clean and easy to live in. The porch is so inviting with its amazing views. During our stay we traveled the relatively short distance to the Grand Tetons, went horse-back riding at the Chimney Rock Stables just up the highway, and had breakfast at the Cowboy Café in Dubois. Marian was very knowledgeable, graciously sharing hiking recommendations along with the fishing hotspots! We had a relaxing time that allowed us to feel part of the Wyoming experience."

"This home is fantastic, well laid out, every amenity you could ask for, and in a perfect location! Only minutes from town (Jackson), yet convenient to every local attraction. The yard is an awesome garden oasis with wonderful mountain views- very calming and peaceful. No traffic noise, no neighbor noise, just serenity. My wife and I fell in love with this place and did not want to leave. Even sharing this home with our daughter and 1 pair of in-laws, there was plenty on room and privacy for all of us.
The owner took very good care of us, from answering every question, to treating us with a delightful welcome basket filled with amazing goodies! She made us so welcome that if we would not look anywhere else to stay if and when we ever return to this area!"
