  • Views and property beyond compare!!!

"Our family enjoyed our 2 night stay here while enjoying the Grand Tetons!!! The modern furnishings, decor, and layout of the apartment couldn't have been nicer and the view was amazing! You'll have basically a 360 degree view of mountains and lovely sunsets!!! With small farms with horses, sheep, and a rooster, the peace and serenity of the view, you'll not realize you are only about 10 min. out of town. Jenny was very welcoming and checked to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. The small pond in the backyard with a kayak we were able to use was so relaxing. Too bad we didn't plan to have more time here before heading to Yellowstone. We could have stayed here forever and hope to return here sometime! You'll LOVE this place and will NOT be disappointed!!! Taking the boat ride across Jenny Lake to climb and see Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point are a must and the mirror image view of the Tetons reflecting near Jackson Lake Lodge were some of our favorites!!! We also saw a heard of Bison while visiting the area and even a Bull Moose!!! May God bless you Jenny, your family, and all future visitors. Thanks for a lovely stay!!!"

  • Relaxing getaway

"This cabin is absolutely beautiful, located in a serene pasture at the edge of a lovely aspen forest. Inside it offers comfortable accommodations and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Easy access to Driggs and the pass, and a drive to Jackson is less than an hour. We will be back!"

  • Almost perfect...

"After a considerable amount of research, we chose 4 Paws & 4 Shoes as our "home base" during our trip to the Teton Valley. The pictures are nice but the cabin itself was amazing once we were able to see it for ourselves. The view of the Tetons was gorgeous and the backyard was in excellent condition. The best part of the cabin was sitting on the deck at the end of an activity filled day enjoying the breathtaking view of the mountains. Though the cabin is not secluded by any means it is very private in the way the yard is set. The cabin's location is within close proximity to everything you could need including various attractions and activities. The cabin itself provides a number of amenities; washer/dryer, games, a library of books, cards, etc. - perfect for those rainy days. However, there was one major drawback - mice... and lots of them. We noticed a single mouse our first night but thought little of it as we live in the country ourselves and understand mice come with the territory. The next day we realized it was a bigger problem than we had anticipated. The kitchen was overrun with mice despite our efforts to keep our food secure. However, they got into everything and left droppings everywhere and so we did not feel comfortable making food in the kitchen. We then tried the BBQ and found mice hiding there as well. An effort had been made by the owners as traps could be found throughout the first floor, but were not set. An extra effort on the owner's part to control the mice population and restrict their access into the cabin could definitely exacerbate the problem. Also, the lack of a fire pit was disappointing and if you're planning on staying more than a few days... bring some extra toilet paper as we were provided one roll for an entire week."

  • Most enjoyable home

"We enjoyed every day of our month at this beautiful cabin which was just as it was described in the pictures and details. I have never seen pictures that more accurately described a home than the pictures of this house did. I loved the upper deck all the way around the house and did many of my walks just circling the house and looking at the beautiful mountains that you can see from each side of the house. For those that love wildlife, as we do, it was fantastic. We had elk, moose, mule deer, and even a bear in the yard. Each morning, the first thing, we would go to the windows to see what was visiting. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants a unique and comfortable place to stay. Especially nice for families. We had a great meal at "The Roadhouse" for Mother's Day and The Wort for my birthday while we were there. The shopping was also fun. I like to visit Global Treasures Gift Shop for their unusual gift celection."
