"We had a very relaxing time at Siera and Bob's home. We relaxed on the porch and took in the gorgeous view, drank wine and were constantly charmed by Rowdy the border collie. This is a lovely place to have a little vacation."

"This place was the best. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. There were fans, humidifiers, electric blankets, lanterns, flashlights, all the basic kitchen items. Plenty of dishes, utensils, flatware, pots & pans. Beds from firm to ultra soft. The sound of the babbling river outside was an added pleasure.
We were 3 retired siblings traveling with our spouses, and only two of the six with good mobility so we worried about the steps but with 3 of 4 bedrooms upstairs and the ability to drive down to the lower level the worry was for nothing.
During our stay the animals were abundant and the Mule Deer jumped the fence and came right into the back yard we even got to see a Grizzly on the out skirts of town when returning from Yellowstone. The fish were hungry and several trout were caught.
Besides the stores and pharmacy that the owner recommends in Riverton we found Jackson Hole to be more convenient to our travel pattern. Grocery Store is directly across the street.
The manager Marsha was very helpful and informative my brother came with his prospecting gear and she personally showed him a few places he could pan. The trip to Yellowstone was a bit of a hike but well worth it. We explored the museum a short walk north of the home and several of the scenic drives. Views are outstanding.
The only problem we encountered was the smoke from the California Fires and the home not having air conditioning and that was only a problem because my brother came down with a cold during our stay and had to leave early cause he couldn't handle the smoke. The temperatures didn't warrant an air conditioner."

The location couldn't be better! The cabin is surrounded by Quakie trees, yet the roads leading to it are paved. The neighbors are relatively close, but the trees help obfuscate that fact. There's enough room to park 7 vehicles -- maybe more if your really squeeze in there. The mosquitoes were really bad (probably due to all the rain we had in the mountain-west this last May).
The cabin is huge!
On the basement level (really ground level) there is a huge sectional with a hideaway bed in the family room, a laundry room, a bathroom, and a garage with a ping-pong table.
Cabin Middle Level:
On the middle level is another large family/dining room attached to the kitchen. Plenty of seating between the chairs, couch, loveseat, and dining table chairs. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the middle level as well. The middle level bathroom had a note on it when we arrived that it was not flushing well. Hopefully they get that fixed soon. The bedrooms were plenty spacious for a few days vacation.
The kitchen had a fridge, dishwasher, double sink, and a microwave if I remember correctly. It's not the largest kitchen but it worked fine for our family.
The middle level also has 3 doors which lead to the massive wrap-around deck outside. The deck would have been far more enjoyable if not for the mosquitoes this year. The deck has a usable grill, chairs, and a picnic table.
Cabin Top Level:
The top level contains the "Master" bedroom which is also huge and has its own flatscreen TV, spacious closets, its own private half bath, and a small private deck which was really cool.
There's one other fairly large bedroom on the top level which would be great for a family with young kids who need to sleep with them. There's a shared full bathroom on the top level, and across the hall from the bathroom is a small nook for someone to sleep on a twin bed. The nook looks tiny in the pictures, but it has a real twin sized bed in it and you could probably fit another twin mattress or air-mattress on the floor next to it.
There was no air conditioning and we were there end of June and it was HOT. Luckily it had plenty of fans furnished which made sleeping tolerable for everyone. There was plenty of room between the two family rooms to put down some air-mattresses and let the teens and tweens sleep out there and have their late night talking fests without bothering the rest of us.
Would highly recommend!!!"

"My husband and I were traveling from Denver to Jackson Hole, WY and spent one night at Karen's place to break up the trip. It was so beautiful, clean, welcoming, and relaxing, we wished we were staying another night. The apartment itself is perfect and we cannot say enough about how relaxing it was to just sit on the deck that evening, reading and relaxing with a glass of wine. The deck furniture was comfortable and the sunset we witnessed was the best we saw over the next 9 days. I sent photos to everyone back home and they were in awe of how beautiful it was! We also took a few minutes to go visit the horses!!
I cannot say enough about how great Karen's rental is and how much we appreciated the perfect start to our vacation. I would definitely recommend it, a million times better than staying in a hotel if you are visiting Laramie or traveling through the area.
We will definitely return if we find ourselves in Laramie again!!
