Great place, great family vacation!
"Just returned from a 7-day stay on this villa. This was our 2nd stay in this villa. Three adults and two children. The villa was gorgeous, clean, safe, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We found the villa well stocked with all the essentials needed to enjoy our stay. Great vacation!"

"My husband and I stayed at Villa Cappelli with six other friends; we could not have had a better experience! This was my first time in Italy and I wanted to enjoy the historic sites, pastoral views, and of course the food and wine! Besides a meal or two that we had while touring, Steven prepared the majority of our meals including local lamb, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella (which we bought as fresh as fresh can get-directly from a dairy farm), asparagus (which we picked in a local forest alongside a 13th century castle) and of course a zesty pasta, just to name a few. Paul was an excellent tour guide, inserting little pieces of current news, events, and flavor as we made our way along the Appian Way or out to the emerald waters of the Adriatic.
The accommodations were comfortable and the mattress was perfect! We slept in later than we do anywhere else. The large windows in the bedroom framed a large expanse of olive trees and it was peaceful to watch an incoming storm. We would have stayed longer, but we planned a two-day experience in Rome. Paul brought us to the local train station (only 10 minutes away) and waited for us to catch our train.
I highly recommend Villa Cappelli for groups, families, adventure seekers, environmentally-minded folks, etc.
Oh...and I forgot to mention-they make their own wine, olive oil, limoncello, and liquors!"

"Now that I'm retired and able to enjoy month-long stays in Paris, there are aspects I look for when booking an apartment. For me, location is very important and since discovering the Marais, I always try to find an apartment in either the upper or lower section of this vibrant and exciting area of Paris. Everything I could have wanted - restaurants, grocery shopping, banking, wine shops, boulangerie etc. was within walking distance and for destinations farther away, the métro and several bus lines were nearby. I usually travel in winter when Paris can be rather grey and so I look for 'a room with a view' or at least one with large windows, which overlook the famed Paris roof tops. The apartment itself was very well appointed. The kitchen, although small was efficiently laid out and well-equipped. Had I wished, I could have prepared a small dinner party as there were sufficient numbers of matching dishes and glasses (which isn't always the case in apartment rentals). I managed quite well with the two-burner cook top and combination microwave/oven. The bathroom contained modern fixtures, a surprising amount of storage and was quite elegant for a small space. I would have no reservations about recommending Le Beaubuourg to a friend!"

"This property was more than we expected mainly because of the hospitality shown to us by the owners. The amenities were all we hoped for and the property was very clean and well maintained. The back yard with the pool and covered patio counts for extra living space and we used it daily, from morning coffee to dinner cooked on the grill in the evening. The upgrades made to the property were done with care and convenience of the guests in mind. So very easy to get anywhere you want to go with shopping and dining just minutes away.
We are also golfers and there were many courses within minutes of the property. I found it amazing that being within feet of a bustling thoroughfare that we could experience such quiet in the evening. It was a great way to unwind from a full day of activities to be able to sit on the patio and plan for the next day. I have to admit that we had one day where we stayed in, watched movies, and relaxed and didn't feel guilty about it because the house was so comfortable.
We are telling all of our friends about the property and highly recommend it for a pleasurable vacation experience. Can't wait until we can get away there again. Bravo John and Jeni."
