Beautiful home on a wonderful lake!
"My wife and I have stayed at many homes and this was the best yet! A well cared for cabin with knotty pine throughout. Cozy, with lots of nice touches made it feel like a Northwoods cabin should feel like. We loved the view over the lake with large glass windows and the trees all around. The screen porch was a cozy place to enjoy our breakfast and have a dinner after grilling on the large deck which also has a fantastic view of the lake! The lake is crystal clear as you can see almost 10 feet to the bottom. A nice sand bottom with a very gradual slope was great for swimming and having children in the water as well. A pontoon is available and we took it to Famous Daves BBQ restaurant which is on the lake just a short ride from the cabin. Very convenient. Reuben the property manager was also extremely friendly and helpful. We would recommend this cabin to anyone! Will definitely return again and have already booked next year! So glad we found it!"

"We stayed at the Tree House in Durango for my youngest son's spring break from Fort Lewis College this year. We have been to Durango many time and were so pleased to find such a great home to rent that could accommodate our family. The property manager was more than helpful from start to finish....accommodating our family throughout the entire week. I especially enjoyed my morning walk to Durango Joe's for coffee each morning. The hot tub was awesome after sking/hiking and the easy access to Horse's Gulch Hiking/Bike Trails were a plus. We will definitely stay here again with our family of 6 in the future."

"My new husband and I spent a week long retreat here at Poggio Pilella on our honeymoon. We took a train straight into Chiusi and rented a car from Avis and were at the cottage within 10 mins or so.
We were blown away at how beautiful this property was. This gated property is situated on an olive grove and vineyard, the infinity pool and grounds are beautiful! The cottage was perfectly appointed and the owners Stefano and Isabella have impeccable taste. It was super clean, and stocked with everything you would need to cook a perfect Italian meal. And the owners left us with a beautiful bottle of their wine, olive oil and homemade jam. So good!! We spent some afternoons by the pool and evenings cooking in our cottage and star gazing. It was stunning! One night we sat by the warmth of the fireplace. We booked our stay with Linda, who also arranged a cooking class one night and a wine tasting one afternoon. Both of these were such great additions to our trip, and our Brunello Wine tasting with at Abbadia Ardenga will remain one of our favourite days! At the villa, Stefano arranged an olive oil tasting, Carlo was super entertaining and knowledgeable. There are piles of medieval villages within an hour of the villa and we had one of our best meals in Cetona at Osteria del Merlo. We loved everything about our stay here and it was the perfect after staying in the craziness of Rome.
Would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back one day!
Thank you Stefano, Isabella and Linda for making our honeymoon perfect!"
