Historic Ellis Hollow Church Vacation Rental
"Three generations of our family gathered here for a one week summer reunion. It was just perfect! Lots of space to hang out indoors & out. Parents tucked little ones into bed early. Grandparents enjoyed the seclusion of the master suite. And the poker game could go late into the night. Pancakes with fresh picked blueberries (from farm nearby) were enjoyed around the big old dining table. The place was very clean & well equipped. All the windows with screens & the fans kept the place cool & comfortable during a very hot week. Maureen was very accommodating and a pleasant person to do business with. All our local & out of town family loved this place. You will too."

"The condo was exquisite. The location was convenient, however being between two public beaches was not ideal. The restriction on personal chairs/umbrellas on the beach was also an inconvenience. We loved the condo and all the space."

"This is a nice place, I recommend it. There were 3 couples and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. The main floor is on the second floor and is very nice and open. We spent a lot of time here and on its balcony as well. Plenty of dishware, pots and pans. There are a couple of wake boards in the garage, and we left some beach toys there for the little ones. Keep in mind you will be going up a lot of steps all week! But that's pretty typical of townhomes. We are booking a different one next year only because of the twin beds in the basement. I hate twin beds, one couple always gets stuck with them if you have 3 couples going. Plus kids can sleep just fine in full beds so I just don't get why so many places do this at Rehoboth.
The Junction and Breakwater trail is literally right behind the townhomes, so if you are a runner, biker, or walker you will love this. One of us rode the trail on his bike and loved it, it took him all the way to Lewes and he said it's the best trail he has ever rode on.
Nice pool, and it has a clubhouse right there with a small exercise room for a rainy day that has I think 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a recumbent bike.
The best thing about this place and why we are renting in the same complex next year is the quick access to the beach, etc. Its exit is a traffic light and was so much easier to get around because of this. And when you are leaving the beach, the service road takes you right back to the townhome. We stayed at the Palms last year which is very close by by traffic was soooo much easier on Route 1 this year so we feel its location made a big difference.
The only issue we had was our comforters were pretty stained and gross. The cleaning crew can't possibly have time to wash all of them so I recommend just washing them when you get there. I can't really fault the owner for that, except maybe to mention washing them upon arrival in their check-in/check-out instructions.
Overall, a great stay!"

"Our family had a great weekend in this wonderful condo. My husband said that it was deluxe and he would have been happy to just stay in the whole time. However, skiing was fun also. After a day on the slopes we enjoyed the oversized hot tub and the heated pool. We had everything we needed, from linens to kitchen supplies. We look forward to another stay soon."
