"This house is beautifully decorated in a great neighborhood with infinity pool and tennis courts. The surrounding view is a mix of the beauty of nature from a state preserve and beyond that the ocean. The kids loved the bunk beds in the hall. The owner is also great to work with. We look forward to staying there again in the future!"

"4th Return to the Hepburn House. What can I say, it is truly our home away from home.
Sarah and John are great hosts. Upon arrival, we always walk to our favorite restaurant
just a few blocks away. Sarah is great to give suggestions of local outings. We enjoy the
large front porch for our morning coffee and the fire pit out back for our late night talks.
Highly recommend The Hepburn House."

"I have been home for only one day and I already miss the Skyflower cabin. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! Tim did a great job making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Paula was out of town, so we were unable to meet her, but she was extremely attentive and helpful as well.
If you are looking for an affordable "home away from home" then treat yourself. You won't be sorry!"

"Nicolas greeted us warmly and he even carried a couple of suitcases up the stairs for us. He is a very talented handyman, and he's done a nice job renovating this apartment. The double bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of electrical outlets -- something you often don't find in older buildings. The metro is an easy walk from the unit, and the Atwater Market is fairly close by as well.
You need to be a bit spry to navigate the steep stairway, and the same goes for using the bathtub/shower, which is an antique unit with high sides. The bottom of the tub can get slippery, so I would suggest that Nicolas provide a rubber mat, or affix some "friction strips" to the bottom of the tub.
Although the neighborhood is not upscale (there do appear to be some renovations going on in the area), we had no problem leaving our car parked on the street for a couple of days, and we felt perfectly safe walking around the area at night.
In short, we enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend this VRBO to others."
