  • Fabulous Beach Villa & Owners

"My family had one of best vacations ever in this Fabulous Villa! Beautifully decorated, spacious, equipped with everything we needed, amazing views of the ocean, just steps to the beach, walking distance to trendy shoppes & restaurants and the Forresters are absolutely the nicest owners you could ever hope to encounter! They were so accommodating in helping us with our last minute plans. Everything was just perfect! We cannot wait to come back and stay in this same wonderful villa!"

  • SPRING BREAK 2015

"As a family of 4 going to PCB during Spring Break, we weren't sure what to expect! The condo was fabulous, Rachel was excellent to work with and she was very quickly on top of everything! The Calypso was a very nice resort and the pools were nice as well. You couldn't beat the beach, tiki bar, and being right next to Pier Park. While there were some college students at the Calypso during our stay, everyone was very well behaved and polite! We also rode the Sea Screamer while in town and had the most awesome experience with 15-20 Dolphins riding our boat wake!! We can't wait to go back! Thanks Rachel!"

  • Great Spot

"Place was perfect. Neat, Clean, Cozy, and easy to get to. Patricia was very helpful at all times. 8 Person hot tub was super relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 11. Only thing to beware of is parking is a littttle tight, but not at all a real problem. I will for sure be back next time I need a place to stay with friends!"

  • Serenety, Privacy, Spectacular Views, Comfort, & Swimming Pool - What More Could We Have Asked For?

"My family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) spent 2 weeks at this home in late July/early August. From the moment we entered, we were struck by the beautiful interior decor and spectacular views of the ocean, beaches, and Los Arcos rock formations. Upon our arrival, we enjoyed a great meal that was prepared for us and took a dip in the swimming pool, which is just the right size for us. Our family enjoyed many peaceful hours cooling off in the pool while chatting about our challenges and dreams for the future. Removed from the routines and distractions of everyday life, we grew progressively closer during our time in Puerto Vallarta. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool. We were careful to minimize AC use to save energy, and still remained comfortable throughout our stay. The only minimal setback I can claim is that the internet service is a bit slow, so that the cable television can be unsteady, and the telephone in the unit did not function (due to an unhealthy monopoly on phone service in PV). During the first 10 days of our stay in Puerto Vallarta, we did not have a car and relied on the local buses. This was a great decision, because the buses into town and to southern points (e.g., Mismaloya and the botanical gardens) are very convenient. We enjoyed being with the locals and hearing them chat among themselves. We picked up a rental car late in our vacation and visited a beautiful silver mining village in the mountains (300 year old San Sebastian del Oeste) and a charming beach town (Sayulita). If you are searching for a peaceful and private place to spend with your family or loved ones, then I don't think you will be disappointed with this unit. Our time there will be a cherished memory for my family for many years to come."
