"We rented this quaint beach cottage for Christmas week and found it so convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. The wooden boardwalk is right outside the front door, so walking along the beach every morning was very convenient. We walked to 2nd Street (15-20 min) for shopping and dining and even rented bikes from Tri-Pacific. Everything that we needed was provided with the unit. Although the cottage is small, we found it worked out just fine for my husband, myself and our college age son (who slept on the murphy bed). We will stay here again!!!"

  • Breathtaking ... Amazing ... Perfect

"My friends and I spend the weekend at this gorgeous house. It sits on the beach a breath away from the ocean. The house is magnificent and yet still homey. The views from the back windows are astounding. The house has been recently refurbished, rebuilt and redecorated. The sound of the waves lulled me to sleep in the evening. I can't say enough. I highly recommend this house."

  • Great place to stay!

"The property was as described, but there is now a bunk bed in lieu of the single bed, and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had most of our meals in the cabin which saved us a lot of dining-out expense. The cabins are set back from the main road so it was quiet inside. The only drawback was the lack of WiFi in the cabin, but Ernie's restaurant two doors away has free public WiFi so we could get a high-speed connection if needed; otherwise we got our email on our smartphones. Our Montana friends joined us and used the cowboy cabin which they found to be comfortable although heated by a portable electric heater that was a bit noisy. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, it was a great place to stay and infinitely superior to staying in a hotel. I'd definitely use this property again!"

  • More than Expected

"It is always a risk to book a home for a vacation, and we have had experiences that have disappointed, but not this house. We were completely surprised by the size, especially all the bedrooms, the upstairs family room and games room. There were seven of us and we all had ample space to be together or have alone and quiet time. It was very clean and had everything anyone would need, except the food. We even had roasting sticks for bonfires on the beach. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved the little entrance to the cul de sac , almost a hidden treasure. We walked to the beach once, but it is a little far to go with young children in tow. It was a great location for a base as we traveled north to Astoria and as far south as Tillamook. The owner was very approachable and responded quickly to emails. This was among one of the best homes we have stayed in and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone."
