  • Perfect! Amazing view from condo!

"We had the best time at this condo. Very roomy, open floor plan, which allowed our family and another family to visit freely. Spacious, with an excellent kitchen set up. We had everything we needed to cook in the condo, we even made homemade tortillas for breakfast burritos! Great place for kids, loft was fun sleeping/entertainment area to allow kids a space for 'kid time'. Our teen didn't even mind bunking with the little ones, as he had is own queen size bed. Clubhouse was a short walk from condo, lots of stairs but a good way to acclimate to the altitude :)"

  • A great place to relax and unwind

"This house was exactly what we were looking for. We sat on the porch (or should I say lanai?) for several stunning sunsets and long book reading sessions having nothing but the cool ocean breeze and the hypnotizing waves to divert our attention. The landscaping and gardening outside are lush and colorful. There were even papaya trees on site. We did not swim out front, but there are several close beaches. The Dixie Maru beach was great for swimming, and we body surfed on the 3mile beach that is less than a 5 minute drive from the house. In town, we signed up for a four hour snorkeling adventure at the Molokai Fish and Dive, and the owner was our captain. The coral and sea life was stunning. Seeing sea turtles as we swam was a highlight. The best restaurant we found in town was the pizza place, but there was also a pretty good place near the coffee plantation. From there, drive the 5 miles north to the lookout and phalic rock. The lookout down to the north side was breathtaking and just a short walk from the parking area on a sidewalk. The rock was a little tougher hike, but relatively easy. We took a day trip to the east side of the island to see the twin waterfalls. The last part of this road is one lane and very windy, so be patient. Cathi, our local contact pre-stocked our kitchen, and it is a good thing she did because the city is pretty much closed down on Sunday. We bought a fresh caught 5 pound Ahi tuna from a local on the main drag, and it was so good! Makes my mouth water just writing about it... There is also a local beef co-op that sells grass fed beef. This would also be a must if you stay in my opinion. The taste is very distinct and yummy. Back to the house. It has 3 bedrooms + 3 baths, sits on 5 acres and we saw just a few people the whole stay. There are wild turkeys, quails and other birds hanging out and adding to the beauty. A previous guest said that when they visited in March they could see whales migrating by from the lanai, and we think that we need to make a return trip to see that. We also came for a wedding, and this place was the best by far when compared to the others we saw on the island. If you are looking for a touristy vacation with fancy restaurants and crowds, this is definitely not for you. Instead, if you want to unplug from the hustle and bustle and seemingly travel back to a time where things just seem less complicated, I can't recommend this house enough. Safe travels, fx"

  • Great Experience!

"I'm so glad that we found this place! We knew that we wanted to stay in this area of Palm Springs as we've stayed there before and love the location. There are a lot of great restaurants, coffee shops, and hotel pool bars nearby, and downtown is a short taxi ride or a couple of stops on the Sun Bus away. We had talked to a few other people before we happened upon this listing. Daria -- the property manager for this Biltmore condo -- impressed us immediately with her professionalism, and the speed at which she answered all of our questions. And it didn't end there. She kept it up while we were visiting, making us feel welcome and helping with all of our questions. The condo itself looks even better in real life than it does in the photos. The kitchen has all of the gadgets you might need, the beds are comfortable, the condo is quiet and the balcony is outstanding! It was a fantastic place to bbq and enjoy a dinner in. We also loved the main pool area; it also has a functioning kitchen (with a fridge -- which came in handy for holding beverages to enjoy by the pool!) We'll definitely be back. Thanks, Daria!"

  • Family vacation

"We were looking for a place with an ocean view, connected to the beach, a pool, close to shops and restaurants and large enough for our two sons and granddaughter. Fred's condo fit the bill. It has a nice patio on the 4th floor overlooking the beach and ocean. Not only is there three large bedrooms, but each has its own spacious bathroom. There was a dining table large enough for everyone to eat together. With our granddaughter in the crawling stage we had to move the living room furniture so she would be center stage. The condo has all the amenities you need; full kitchen with counter and bar stools, washer and dryer, wifi and everything is neat and well maintained. We had a great time on the beach, in the pool, sailing, shopping(for the girls) and the condo provided a great place to unwind in the evenings and get ready for the next day's activities. Thanks Fred."
