  • Had a great week!

"Had a wonderful time at your beach house with the family. The house is beautiful and has everything one could ask for. Spent most of the time catching up with family on the large deck looking at the ocean. The master bed was so comfortable we came home and bought a new mattress set as close to it as we could find. LOL! Getting it today and can't wait. Loved the peaceful island life. Thanks again for all of your help."

  • Review of Northern Lights

"My wife and I have stayed at Northern Lights for two to four weeks during the summer almost every year for over a decade. The descriptions and pictures on the web site are accurate. The appearance in reality is as lovely as shown in the in the photos. The air conditioning is good. The condo has all the amenities described on the web site. It is always spotless when we arrive. The owner, who lives in the condo next to the one we rent, has been very helpful and accommodating. There are a handful of good restaurants within a 15 minute drive (you need to rent a car), but we rarely eat out. The main attraction for us is the nearby reef where we snorkel. The reef can be reached from the dock in about a minute's swim and can be followed in water shallow enough to stand for at least half a mile. A couple years ago we recorded seeing over 100 varieties of fish and other marine life (not counting the many corals). If you are a scuba diver, it is feasible to swim from the dock to three of the island's best dive sites, but we have not tried that. Another attraction for us is that it is very quiet. During the summer, it is not unusual for us to look out at the water, or be in the water, and see no other people. We have brought our grown children and other guests from time to time. They have all enjoyed it. The beach between the condo property and the water is sandy but only about ten feet wide. There is sharp rock in the water so that you would not want to go in with bare feet. The entry to the water from the dock, however, is easy and convenient. We always wear flippers for snorkeling when we go in. We would recommend Northern Lights enthusiastically for anyone who likes beauty, serenity, and quiet. It's ideal for lovers -- but not great for small children."

  • Amazing!

"We had a family reunion at this cabin and it was an amazing experience. The cabin is huge, well appointed and had everything we needed. There were 17 of us including children and we never had to worry about getting in the way of each other. The kitchen was very well-stocked, better than indicated in the description. The game room was a hit with the kids and adults alike. I would highly recommend this property for any gathering, especially for larger groups. There were enough activities to keep us busy for a week including the teenagers. The property was clean and comfortable. The owners/property managers were quick to respond to questions and very helpful."

  • Completely satisfied.

"My wife and I had never vacationed in Phoenix before and selected this property because of its central location. We watched spring training baseball and took a day trip to Sedona. The complex is large but this condo is in a quiet and fairly private location. Fully equipped and very reasonably priced - so much better than a hotel. The residents we met were friendly young professionals. The condo was spotless. We had a private shaded parking space right at the bottom of the stairs. The pool and hot tub area is excellent - we used it every day. Coffee on the balcony every morning with lots of singing birds. It was a very relaxing week. We would love to vacation here again."
