  • Well located, very comfortable condo in Lionshead Village

"Great trip, loved our stay, and Vail is really a nice getaway in September. Wedding was very nice at the Donovan Pavilion and we enjoyed our hikes, especially making it up Berry Picker to the top for some much earned calorie replenishment. After active days, we also enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub before relaxing in the evenings around town. The staff at the desk and facility were completely gracious and ready to accommodate any needs we might have had. Thanks for sharing your condo with us, Jackie. If ever in Vail again, we'd definitely check to see if this condo was available."

  • Presidents Day Weekend

"I stayed at this farmhouse for 3 nights with 12 friends (all of us in our early 20s). We decided it would be fun to spend the long weekend in Vermont where we could ski, drink, and relax. Upon arriving at the house we were excited with how secluded it was, and how much snow had fallen! The house is off a main road, all the way at the end of a cul-de-sac. The decor in the house was a bit interesting (it had a very old/antique barn feel to it, but with a lot of crazy wall paper), and we loved it! The farmhouse was easily able to accommodate all 13 of us... and we could even all eat dinner together or play card games around the big dining room table. The house was an easy 10-15 minute drive to Mt. Snow. While some friends went skiing, the other members of our group either went tubing, snow shoeing, or lounged around the fire in the house. There's a convenient market about a 5 minute drive away where we stocked up on groceries. The market also had really great quality prepared foods. Meredith, the owner was VERY accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Overall, it was such a nice getaway from New York City, and we would definitely stay here again."

  • Stayed in March 2014

"Best rental stay we have made. Trevor was gracious enough to pick us up on Saturday night and give us a quick tour so we could get our bearings. Maria`s rum punch was poured as soon as our bags were dropped and then we went straight to the gap , a short 2-3 minute walk. Excellent location close to the bars and restaurants of the Gap with easy Bus route access for getting around the island. The use of a local cell phone and landline while on the island was an excellent bonus.Wireless also good for internet to check out and make reservations for excursions restaurants etc etc. Trevor was there on Sunday to see us off. Although on the main road and close to the Gap we slept with no problems.Probably the rum punch along with the hum of the AC and fans kept us in dream land. Would reccommend this apartment to anyone for location and Trevor and Maria`s great hospitality. I hope the Brazil airline keeps the service running so we can return again soon."

  • Iguana Blanca is the perfect house for a family holiday in Nosara

"We found Iguana Blanca to be a perfect place for our family to say 3 weeks in Nosara. The location is ideal, no car needed, easy walking distance to the beach, a handful of restaurants, the pool, and a short bike/tuk tuk ride to get the main "strip". The house is comfortable and practical with kids : child safety gates, lots of extra linens, a beach shower in the garage, comfortable large beds, and a well stocked kitchen. The only issue we had was with the internet which has since been upgraded. Both the owner and the property agent were easy to work with and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable despite some of the "technical" issues we had. I highly recommend this house for your next holiday in Nosara."
