  • Comfortable Stay in Kissimmee

"We enjoyed the townhome during Spring Break with easy driving access to the all of our activities. It was very clean and spacious with fantastic amenities within the townhome and throughout the complex. The owners are wonderful to work with during all stages of the rental process with detailed information for your arrival and during your stay. The master suite is very spacious and nice to have a large whirlpool tub after a busy day. The upper level is perfect for the kids with their own bath and sleeping quarters."

  • Amazing!!!!

"I went here for a week as an adult with my parents and two adult sisters. This was our first big vacation as a family, even with my sister and I being the youngest at 29. My parents had stayed at this hotel before and loved it, but finding a space for five adults seemed impossible until I found this property. It was the perfect fit. Two bathrooms, two queen beds, a sofa pullout, a washer and dryer and a full kitchen! We were a little worried about a sofa pullout but a few adjustments with the pillows and my parents loved it. Even my dad who has an arthritic back. The amount of space was great for five adults. Having the washer and dryer definitely help. Knowing you have access to these allows you pack lighter. I loved having the lighted mirror in the bedroom and the extra pillows and blankets were very useful. The breeze wasn't always there but when it was, opening both sliding doors created an amazing breeze. Feels like a high powered fan at times and makes the whole place a comfortable temperature. Even still, just watching TV, you can hear the waves crashing. So relaxing. The pool is just down the way and we found it easily accessible and no overcrowding or annoying kids. Though that chlorine will linger. Definitely don't get near it with any clothes of value. Left some of my shorts discolored but that is a minor detail as they were old shorts used purely for swimming. Beach access was just out the door and took you to a nice area to swim and play. We were able to walk a pretty good distance out without getting to deep. Most will feel safe playing with their kids there. Don't forget your water shoes. This area is all rocks at the bottom. Water shoes may not always be comfortable but they will save your feet here. Chuck and Nina have snorkel gear and boogie boards available for use. The main shopping area is a walk down the street. Anyone that struggles with walking may find it difficult but most should have no problems with it. Lots of shops and restaurants. Lots to do. Definitely try para-sailing if you have the time. Great experience and even as a plus, plus sized girl, I was able to participate. My entire family loved this place and it's location to local attractions. Everything we needed was available. All we needed to do was buy water, food and unpack. Chuck and Nina were great from start to finish and made the whole process easy. When we have the money to get back here, this will definitely be our first and only choice."

  • Wonderful Stay at La Dolce Vita

"We had 4 great nights at this very nicely appointed cottage. It had everything we needed was nicely decorated and very private. The walk downhill to the Shakespeare festival took only about 10 - 15 minutes. JoAnn was a great host and went out of her way to take us to the airport when our shuttle didn't show up. I would highly recommend this rental and Ashland - a great spot! Things to do other than the theatre festival might be a wine tour (Applegate and Rogue Valleys); self-guided walking tour available from the front desk of the Ashland Springs Hotel; Lithia park"

  • Cant Wait to get back

"I am a professional charter captain in SW Florida and came down with a group of 5. We actually stayed in Casa Capitan which is the biggest house they have. The place is great and the staff are even better. From the Freddy who picks you up in the bus, to jenny who made our tico breakfast to Arturo and Javier in the front office who checked in on us all the time to make sure our trip was great. And of course the captains and crews on the Fishing Nosara boats were masters of their crafts. A dream vacation and we are allready planning our return trip. Tell em Captain Charlie sent you."
