Additional information about rental rates
A maximum number of 4 occupants, 'no pets' and no smoking are strict policies. Candles are also prohibited in the unit. Violation of these rules voids the reservation and forfeits any refundable deposits. Taxes and fees are dependent on the nightly rate and the length of stay and will be variable. A final total will be provided to you including all charges before the final confirmation is made. Rates and dates are not guaranteed until booking and submission of a deposit. Marco Island does not have street parking available. If you wish to park a car on the property you are required to submit a $75 refundable deposit for the gate transponder. The weekly parking fee is $25; you will be given a dedicated parking space and a transponder. Exiting from the parking lot requires a gate transponder or validated ticket. The lobby is staffed from 10am-10pm when you can check in and pay for the parking pass. Payment for the parking pass is made at the condominium, not at booking. A rental agreement is required at booking and the condominium association has rules for renters. Both are available upon request with a quote. Be sure to pick up your keys before you enter the parking lot. Entry to the building is solely with those keys. County Tax ID #21815 Tax is 6% sales tax (on cleaning fee also) + 5% county tax 3% credit card processing fee is included in the tax section $50 non refundable loss damage waiver is in lieu of a security deposit. It covers you up to $1000 of damage. Trip insurance in the summer months is strongly encouraged. Disruption of your travel plans due to weather will not change the rental terms. If we are required to accept a service animal, there will be a $300 cleaning charge.
