Situated in the heart of Hollywood, this 3BR/2BA townhouse takes advantage of natural light and seamlessly combines indoor and outdoor living space. The two-story home features a private outdoor patio, gourmet kitchen, two electric fireplaces, and contemporary design elements throughout.
In a prime location, you’ll love being within walking distance to all the major Hollywood Blvd attractions, including the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood & Highland, the W Hotel, and the Chinese Theater. Universal Studios is also an easy 2 miles away!
LIVING AREAS
The vibrant living space features hardwood floors and is sprinkled with colorful artwork and furnishings. Sprawl out on the comfortable couches and watch a show on the 55” smart TV. One of the couches doubles as a full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef of the group will enjoy a sleek kitchen with a beautiful center island. The well-equipped space is outfitted with new stainless steel appliances and cookware, including a five-burner gas range, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher.
The intimate dining area is ready for happy hour with a dry bar and eight-person dining table.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This townhouse includes three upstairs bedrooms that sleep eight total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
The master suite boasts a 47” smart TV mounted over an electric fireplace, a plush queen bed under a print of Audrey Hepburn, and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a closet. Two twin beds are found in the third bedroom as well as a dresser and closet. All of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Grab a cold beverage and unwind on the shaded sectional sofa on the private patio. Fire up the grill and dine al fresco at the six-person table.
