French Quarter with family
The apartment was great and in an awesome location - we walked everywhere. This was perfect for a family of 5 - I would not want to fit anymore in here.
Perfect getaway for 4 old friends!
We love visiting NOLA right after Mardi Gras. We were greeted by Lance (property manager) who is such an amiable guy! So helpful and friendly. There was a little hiccup with the ac and it was repaired immediately and had no further issues. Lance had great suggestions for our visit. We loved the space. Everything was so clean and well cared for. Everything worked. There are plenty of clean linens and towels. Comfy beds. The balcony overlooks the HOB and we had live music nightly (to me, a huge benefit of being in NOLA is that music finds you). We found everything in easy walking distance. It looks like nothing special from the outside street but a fantastic condo awaits inside. The security key access elevator into the condo was a great feature. We all felt very safe. Would rebook this place in a heartbeat. You can tell the owners love it and have good management. I extended my stay for the week past our booking and went to a hotel - missed the condo the whole time!
Safe, Amazing location and professional, helpful management.
We stayed for my wife's birthday and she fell in love with the place. It feels like your own penthouse suite in the heart of the quarter. Lance out did himself. He always answered any questions I had. This place is worth the price and my wife does not want to leave. All of our friends were so jealous when they stopped by and wanted to switch rooms with us.
It was no heat or no hot water
We got there and it was nasty linen left there and hair on sheets no heat was working or hot water we complained to owner and he was no help
Be sure never to let this person stay in your place. The apartment reeked of cigar and cigarette smoke. She has no respect for anyone’s property. After this experience I’m considering never renting our property again. Please see our other reviews before listening to this non since.
Great location, great apartment, great price
We fit a party of eight guys here for a bachelor party in monsoon July and everyone had enough room to spread out and be comfortable, especially because of the incredible central A/C. The host was gracious in explaining entry/re-entry using the stairs as well as the impressive elevator-to-your-door (just don't lose the elevator key). In addition, the fully stocked pots and pans in the full-size kitchen allowed us to enjoy each morning making our own breakfast. The balcony was secluded enough that we could read or enjoy the outdoors while enjoying the music nearby (The House of Blues is one building away). This place is seconds from the Carousel Bar and several other iconic French Quarter happenings (Pay a visit to Preservation Hall and you will not regret it). We couldn't resist paying a visit to Cafe Du Monde every evening/morning (it's 24 hours). Overall, we will definitely be coming back to stay here when we visit New Orleans again. The washer/dryer unit, plenty of towels, blankets, bed sheets, pillows, toilet paper, trash bags, and stocked fridge (we re-stocked it for you) will definitely bring us back here soon. Thank you very much!
I could not have hand picked a better place to stay in New Orleans! Not only was the home beautiful, it was in the perfect location! Within walking distance to almost everything New Orleans has to offer! The house of blues was literally in our back yard where you could sit on the balcony and listen to the live music! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! It made our trip! I know exactly where we'll be staying on our next trip to New Orleans!
