Perfect choice in Breck!

Great choice for us this year at this townhome. We had family and friends come with us so the bed arrangements worked well. Super close to Peak Nine but still a quiet area to come to after a day of skiing.. Kitchen has everything for cooking in...lots of room. And a hot tub! Not every place has one of these. The owner even called to check in with us on our arrival day. We will be back!

Great Rental Property in Breck!

Stayed here for 5 nights in early March 2017 with no issues. Less than 1/2 mile from the South End of Historic Main Street and all the shops/restaurants/bars. We had rental vehicles and did not use the free bus system at the entrance to the complex, but appears others in the neighborhood were using and it was picking up frequently. Mark(Owner) was easy to work with and gave me some sound advise on where to park in Breck to reduce walking distances to lifts. He also recommended some good restaurants in town that worked out well. The property is well equipped to cook in and we made a full breakfast every morning and had ample supplies to do such. There is also a Weber Gas Grill on the deck that we used to cook burgers one night and was convenient. Everything was in good working order and as pictured on VRBO. Worked well with our group of 7 men on a guys ski/board trip. Would be ideal for families as well. Garage was perfect to hang skies and wet gear to dry overnight with multiple racks to hold at least 10 sets of ski's/boards. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breck! Washer/Dryer worked well as we washed our towels mid-week to freshen and had no issues. Would be great if there was a 1/2 bath on the main floor as you have to go downstairs or up to use facilities, but would not keep us from renting this property again.

150A River Park Drive - brilliant!

Seven of us, in two families, had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay in this spacious and modern townhouse, just on the outskirts of the lovely town of Breckenridge. The facilities were first class, and the welcome we received was great, making us feel at home throughout our four-night stay. It proved to be the ideal place for us, and we would recommend it very strongly to anyone wanting to 'get away from it all' while having all the amenities of a charming Rockies town like Breckenridge, where the shopping, eating and sightseeing are both fun and fascinating. We couldn't have asked for more!

Very roomy, comfortable, and close to downtown Breckenridge

Mark Ceraso's townhouse was as described. Two bedrooms upstairs, two on the bottom floor, with a very large and spacious open kitchen/dining room/living room on the middle floor. It also was on the edge of Breckenridge, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood.

It is also a half-mile from downtown Breckenridge, which I really appreciated. It made for a nice walk, although there is a free bus about a block from the townhouse into Breckenridge if that's what you prefer.

We ate dinner at home a couple times during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. The refrigerator/freezer was large and modern. The kitchen/dining room area was great for casual breakfasts and hanging out while fixing meals.

One of the best things about our stay was the responsiveness of the owner, Mark Ceraso. The day we arrived, cable service was not working. I didn't know if that was a problem within the house or with the cable company (it turned out to be a very temporary lack of service from the company). I called Mr. Ceraso and left a message. He called back very quickly and was eager to do whatever he could to get things right as soon as possible. We did not have other problems throughout our stay, but it was nice to know there was a responsible owner we could call if necessary.

I definitely recommend this townhouse for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Breckenridge.

Vibrant Breckenridge

We absolutely loved our stay at Breckenridge. Our rented townhouse was in a perfect location - close to downtown Breckenridge, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the Colorado mountains. The townhouse has three levels: the ground level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer, the second level has a family room with fireplace, dining area, and full kitchen, and the third level has two bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms. The deck off the second floor had a grill and hot tub. We really enjoyed the space. Our only observations were that we missed a bathroom on the second level, and the townhouse seemed a little tired and worn. The owner was very accommodating with our reservations. Breckenridge is a great town with a great vibe.
