Our spacious and modern three bedroom flat with views of Bonifacio Global City feels like an industrial loft in New York City! It can comfortably fit seven guests (maybe more!) and is centrally located on a quiet street near the Singaporean Embassy and within walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Serendra, Burgos Circle, SM Aura, Market! Market!, and Uptown Bonifacio.
This 118 sq meter/1,270 sq feet, three bedroom apartment was designed with standard US amenities in mind: heated showers, washer and dryer, separate faucet for filtered drinking water, in-sink garbage disposal, convection oven/broiler, and dishwasher. Kitchen also includes complete kitchen utensils, plates, drinking glasses, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. Iron and ironing board are also available.
Longer-term guests will appreciate other kitchen amenities such as large pantry space and built-in wine rack.
The apartment can comfortably fit up to seven people (or more!).
Guests have full access to the building's amenities, which include fitness gym, swimming pool, and front desk assistance. Guests also have access to reserved parking space in the basement.
Seibu Tower is conveniently located in Bonifacio Global City or "The Fort", one block from the Fort Strip, and two blocks from High Street, SM Aura, and several high-end restaurants, shops, and the best of Manila nightlife. Longer-term guests will appreciate that St. Luke's Hospital and S&R (warehouse membership shopping) are both six blocks away.

Taxis and jeepneys are readily available in front of the building. Uber and Grab are also available conveniences throughout Metro Manila.
The unit comes with free parking access for one car.
Wireless internet and cable TV are included in the unit, but there is no land line telephone.
GUEST NAMES AND IDs REQUIRED: Prior to guests' arrival, they will need to email the host the names of all guests as well as scanned copies of the picture IDs of all adult guests. The building's management is very sensitive about security and therefore requires this information in order to ensure the safety of all its residents. This information will furthermore be used to cross-check names upon check-in for the retrieval of keys. When sending, please feel free to blur or black out any information you do not wish to share. Only the picture and name is necessary. PARKING: The unit comes with free parking access for one car. Guests need to provide the License Plate number and the Make/Model of the vehicle prior to their arrival in order to make use of the parking space on the day of arrival.
GUEST EXPECTATIONS: Guests are expected to treat this unit as their own home, respectful of their neighbors, building staff, and the unit's furnishings. Guests are kindly requested to "Think GREEN" and save energy wherever and whenever possible. This includes turning off all A/C units and lights upon leaving the flat. Guests are also kindly requested to remove trash as often as possible as sitting trash can attract pesky visitors (bugs). Trash bins are located on each floor in the fire escape (stairwell).
GUEST RULES: Sorry, smoking is not allowed indoors. Kindly restrict your smoking to the balcony. Sorry, no pets. Although daytime and evening visitors are welcome, overnight guests are not allowed. The capacity of the unit allows only up to 15 people inside at any time. Visitors are subject to all the rules of the building and are not allowed to make use of any of the building's amenities. If you expect to receive visitors during your stay, please submit their names prior to arrival to guarantee admittance to the building. Building management and security reserve their right to refuse admittance for any reason whatsoever.
