South West Ibizan villa with sea views & near the best beaches & restaurants

A recently renovated large villa with a separate guest house in extensive gardens, with amazing sea views and nearby islands. It is located in the south-west of the island, between the beautiful beaches of Cala Moli and Cala Vedella.

Over all it has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 ensuites, 1 shower room and separate communal toilet with a living area of 350 sq.m. and the house is arranged over 3 levels. On the upper floors, it has a beautiful 270 degree view onto the sea and the Esparta, Bledas and Conejera islands and benefits from fantastic sunsets.

The total plot is 3,000 sq.m with a garden, parking area, several terraces and its own 15m infinity pool. On the large top terrace there are 2 tables for outdoor meals, a barbecue area, numerous sun loungers and a ping pong table.

The villa is so close to some of the best restaurants and beaches on the island: Cotton Club, Km5, Blue Marlin, Sunset Ashram, Cala Vadella, Cala Moli and Cala D'Hort to name but a few.

The main villa + guest house has its own Ibicencan garden with palms, cacti, almonds, lemons and hibiscus. There is separate parking below. The main house boasts a charming tower, made of traditional Ibicencan stone, housing the master bedroom and en-suite. A large terrace off it offers superb views of the sea and nearby islands.

My husband and I bought this property when we first got married and we to try to improve it for ourselves, and our guests every year. Our children love this house and its gardens and the beaches beyond. We have been coming back to Ibiza every year for the past 12 years and although we keep discovering new places, we really feel our villa is in best bit of the island.

The property comprises 350 m2 internal space, 3.000 m2 raised plot. 1 pretty garden with flowers, palm trees, cypresses, lemon tree, almond tree, mimosas, cactus and a grape vine. There is a further landscaped plot populated with fruit trees and a car parking area below that surrounds the upper villa, pool and garden. 2 large sun terraces on different levels, large 15m X 7m infinity pool. There is a total of 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the guest house. There are many wardrobes in the bedrooms and along the corridors of both houses. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. Beach towels are not provided

Villa with a view!

Cannot recommend this villa highly enough...

We came here as a group of 4 couples, and the villa was everything we couldve asked for and more.

Location wise about 25mins drive to Ibiza town but close to some good beaches and restauarants on the west side of the island...id recommend a car to get out and about and theres ample parking at the villa. On a positive note for veterans...taxis seems to be able to find this place fairly easily altho obviously the usual rules of "your taxi will be there when it gets there" apply...so its a good spot to be away from the crowds during the day and then head into town at night.

The best thing about this place is obviously the infinity pool and views out over the sea...its a great area for drinks and a BBQ, has a table tennis table to keep you entertained and a Hifi for all your music needs.

The property itself has buckets of Ibizan charm, unlike the characterless properties that surround it...the bedrooms are spacious, the sitting room is huge and the kitchen has all the mod cons. The bathrooms are also very modern.

Ben was very helpful throughout the process and id highly recommend his Villa to anyone!

Perfect location, quiet, accessible and relaxing

My partner and I had a fantastic week in this Villa and only wish we booked for longer.

The Villa its self is spacious and clean and is stocked well with all necessary amenities if you are looking to be mainly self-catered. The outdoor area is a mini paradise; the infinity pool, several areas to sit and eat/drink, fantastic views an importantly for us a very tranquil setting.

There is a local shop about 1.5km away; which if you’re happy to is a good run/jog each morning for fresh bread! There are then several beaches within 2-5km in each direction; always giving you something new to do.

Local restaurants are brilliant; Cotton Beach Club and Sunset Ashram to name a couple. Although we drove it seems there is a decent taxi network in the area.

Sleep was never disturbed and lounging by the pool most days made it the perfect relaxing holidays. My partner and I both agreed that although it was just the two of us we can see how it would work very well with a group of friends or family.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Perfect Balaeric retreat!

My friends and I stayed at Can Acuario for 4 nights and we all had high expectations as per the location and photos. We were all blown away as it exceeded all of our expectations by some way! The setting is just stunning with the infinity pool having a panoramic view of the surrounding beaches. All rooms are spacious and furnished with charm and the whole property is perfectly equipped for holiday bliss with friends. I will be renting this property again next year and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Amazing place to stay

A group of us went over for my 30th and It was amazing, the villa is incredible, very spacious, quiet, clean and incredibly well stocked. It is a short drive down the hill to several beautiful beaches which are mainly Spanish speaking and not touristy at all. Situated away from the main hustle and bustle of the party areas it was very relaxing and you can easily get to town or to clubs by taxi if you want to go out. You do need a car though to get down to the beaches/restaurants and to make grocery shopping possible. Would definitely stay again.

Truly stunning with great views.

What a lovely property! The villa has everything you could possibly ask for, it was clean, tidy with great modern bathrooms along with stunning outside space and the most beautiful views.

We were greeted at the villa and shown where everything was and told everything we needed to know for our stay. The villa is located within easy reach of a supermarket (15 mins walk) and amazing restaurant.

There is also a lovely beach nearby (10 mins by car). If you want to travel further Ibiza Town and San Antonio are only 20 mins away by car. We made use of our hire car and also local taxis, which were easy to arrange and quick to arrive.

We loved our stay and I would definitely recommend it to others - be sure to arrange a poolside massage with Kat - she is incredible!

Super Villa!!!!!

We stayed at this fantastic house for 1 week with 8 women. We had a wonderful holiday!! A big kitchen with everything you need. Great bedrooms and bathrooms! Several evenings we stayed at the house because it was lovely to sit outside with food and dranks... Only the way up to the parking was a little bit difficult for only the first time: with any exercizing we managed to park the cars. It really is a nice place to be, the swimmingpool was super, the view amazing!! We only missed the cleaning during this week, but that was no big deal. The beach at Cala Moli was great and we eat sometimes somewhere else. It was no long drive by car, also to the party cities, haha.We would reccommend this villa and want to come back!!!
