A fantastic place to hang out....A big garden on the 12500sqft lot. My place is good for big groups, couples, children, solo adventurers, business travellers...The house is located on a popular public beach. However, it is nice and quiet if you walk just a few houses down.
The large room in the attic is not available to children under 16 due to low window placement.
Operating as a B&B, the manager lives on the main floor and will greet you upon arrival. You will have a door code to come and go, and will be prepared breakfast when required.
There is parking for 5 standard vehicles. Trailers of any kind must be approved and likely will not fit on the property. There is no street parking available. If you have more than 5 vehicles, you will be breaking the house rules.
