This luxury British Colonial style Heritage house is situated on one of the Kelowna's best sandy public beach front lots, completed with outdoor hot tub. It is ideally located near Kelowna's downtown City Park (just 5-8 minutes walk), a playground, golf courses, wineries, restaurants, attractions...

Most of the rooms have ensuites, and some of them have it's own lake view balcony, and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset in Kelowna.

A large family room, dinning room and kitchen sit on the main floor. Outside, enjoy a patio set looking right onto the beach, BBQ's, HOT TUB,...
A fantastic place to hang out....A big garden on the 12500 sqft. lot. My place is good for groups like family and friend's gathering.

There is parking at the backyard. Trailers of any kind must be approved and likely will not fit on the property.

Great location with a lot of space in the home

Our stay very pleasant. It was relaxing and the location was walking distance close to all amenities. Love being on the lake.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This house was absolutely amazing. The place is even nicer than the pictures and it is perfect for large groups. Peter was easy to communicate with and very accommodating with all our needs. Will absolutely be staying here again soon!

Absolute Beach House B&B

Lisa was an accommodating owner with concise and clear communication. The property is centrally located, short walk to the downtown core and great beach front access. It was clean and was easily able to accommodate all of our 8 guests.

Spacious, historic, and convenient

Beautiful spacious, clean, and airy home in a convenient location within walking distance to downtown. It is located right on a sandy beach and has a lovely yard and deck for enjoying the lake views and outdoor meals. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for the nine of us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the grill worked great for barbecues. It is in a nice neighborhood with older, beautifully restored homes. We loved the convenience to excellent restaurants and grocery stores (especially Urban Fare) just a few blocks away. The only limitation has nothing to do with the lovely home but its location right next to a city park where there were gatherings of drug users every evening and loud music at times. This activity seemed to wind down around sunset but it was a significant annoyance when we were trying to enjoy our evenings outdoors with the family. There is also some traffic noise from the highway bridge nearby. If you are willing to ignore the distractions just over the fence then I wouldn't hesitate to rent this home.

What makes this property unique

You can walk to the public beach right out from the garden. However, the beach is very crowded in the summer season, and peoples may playing music, having party and sometimes we found peoples taking drugs. However, Kelowna's police will do regular petrol on the beach. Our neighbourhood will also do regular reports to By-law or police when they find some peoples violating the laws.
