2nd stay here

  • 2 of 5

I stayed here in September & loved how beautiful the home is & the location, but this time I was disappointed. We get there, there is a small space heater, it never heated the room. Bc of my job, I carry a thermometer, the room is too large for a space heater that only heats a space 60 -100 square feet as radiant heat with no blower, it was 55 in our room during the night and felt colder the next morning. We don't use the space but for sleeping, but it was tough to go to sleep when you are so cold & harder to get up when you don't want to get out from the covers. Our first person took a quick shower as she had almost no hot water, so myself & my niece, had zero hot water at 8am that was not acceptable. My suggestion for the heat, put in a ductless Mitsubishi or greer, they don't cost much, they cool/heat the most efficient & the maintenance is low, plus they are super quiet & can hang on the wall, but a 9000 btu system would easily do that space you could go as low as a 5000 btu system - you can get them on ebay & any electrician can install it as it comes with Freon already loaded. They are an 18 to 21 SEER, so super efficient, your bills will drop & the comfort will go up all for under $900.

Property was good

  • 1 of 5

The coffee machine was not working.

We stayed two nihts, and the ac broke down the second day, it was really hot and humid outside.

We asked the house keeper but he only invited us to call the company.

Since this moment, we have no news.

Minimum of a rebate on the bill should be expected.

Waiting for your answer,

Patrick odoux
