About Mike

Born and raised in New Orleans. Property is basically family owned and operated. We completely refurbished and put back into commerce a property that was neglected for many years. The 300 block of Decatur St where the property is located has undergone major reconstruction over the last 3 years. We are in the process of renovating other properties in the french quarter. We are proud to contribute to the French Quarter's improvement.

Mike purchased this condo in 2014

Great place close to all the fun!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thanks to the great location ( close to all the fun but blissfully quiet overnight), comfortable digs (even the sofa bed was comfy), cold wine and soda in the frig and local coffee ready to brew. Thanks for helping to make our weekend a memorable one!

Absolute Perfection - Stop Looking and Stay Here. No, Really.....

  • 5 of 5

I can't say enough about this condo, this building, this owner. Everything was perfect from the initial communication and subsequent emails asking for advice, to the easy and speed of communicating with Mike, to our stay through to the follow-up on our visit. I was in town for a long weekend with two friends who have never been to New Orleans. These amazing accommodations elevated their experience (and mine!) to a new level. The location couldn't be any more convenient, the ease of entry and exit, the willingness to accommodate our early arrival request(we dropped our bags off early), the awesome surprise of wine, snacks and coffee waiting for us, the sheer loveliness of the unit itself and, finally, the surprising and total silence at night which meant (rare) great sleep right in the heart of the Quarter - everything combined to make our visit so carefree and authentic. I just can't say enough positive things about this experience. And don't even get me started on how great the lobby smells! (Yes, it was that notable!) Do yourself a favor and stay at one of Mike's properties - they're all lovely and will not disappoint. We're already planning our next stay - you'll want to do the same! :)

5 stars isn't enough!

  • 5 of 5

We've stayed in this building twice now and wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Quarter.

The building is secure and quiet--not always the case at some lodging options inside the French Quarter.

Unit has everything you need in the way of amenities for bathroom, bedroom and kitchen (although I have no idea why someone would cook when you're in New Orleans). Located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars within a block.

Wonderful place that is clean, spacious and well maintained. We will stay there again and again!

Comfortable Stay in Excellent Location

  • 5 of 5

You truly do live like a local in this beautifully decorated condo. We’ve stayed in the Quarter often, sometimes for several months, and although it was our first stay in this condo, it’s certainly not going to be our last. We especially appreciate how secure we felt, how immaculate it was, and how comfortable the bed was (super soft sheets, too). The location is handy to everything yet it’s a quiet escape. The wine, water, pop, and goodies were a very welcome and thoughtful extra. We can hardly wait to return. Thanks, Sonda and Mike.

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

  • 5 of 5

I can’t say enough about this place. The location is perfect... in the French Quarter but close enough for me to walk to the convention center . It was quiet at night which was surprising given its location. There was water, soda, wine, and snacks waiting for me when I arrived and was fully stocked with all that was needed. It was super clean and comfortable and a wonderful place to come home to each day. I would definitely stay here again when in Nola. Thanks!
