Royale Palms® *607-- This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo located on the 6nd floor has a view of the beach!

We booked this room back in February for the week of July 15-21 but we were told two days before we were to check in that the family that stayed the week before us destroyed it and it couldn’t be repaired in time for us to check in on Sunday!! We had 7 people in our party and they said all they had was a two bedroom on the beach. Not happy with that, they gave us $700 back and found a 3 bedroom NOT on the beach. We took that option not knowing what we were in for. We were told in was a lakefront view. It was not. There was no view because there was no lake to see! It was a far back as the condos could be from the beach as well. We had to shell out $250 for a golf cart because the walk to and from the beach was so long. There was mold in the bathrooms around the vents and on the shower curtains. Two TVs didn’t work. We called for repair on them and no one showed up the entire week. Cockroaches!! The first night a small one. The last night my son had to chase one in his room to kill it and on the morning we left there was one on the ceiling in the kitchen. This was an UNSETTLING experience.

our stay was great but we had some glitches. 1st I was promised use of all pools on phone but found out we didn't when we got there, which really was fine because they didn't turn us away at tiki bar.

It is clearly advertised as 2 guest rooms have 2 queen size beds, they are only full.

There were absolutely no forks in the place & I called Palmetto about it & she acted as if that was no big deal & oh well.

A table lamp was broken at the switch & just hanging, also a call and no response.

The condo was perfect for 3 couples as far as size and we had a great time, just felt a little neglected about these issues,

We loved the condo. We had 8 Adults and 3 kids under 4 and it fitted all of us perfectly. The condo was super clean, neat and very spacious and had everything in it including washer and dryer. I would recommend it to anyone but i really did not like that i had to pay over $200 for cleaning fee and i had to do ALL of the cleaning, including taking the trash out, vacuuming, cleaning counters, putting dishes in dishwasher, etc...that was the only rip off part about our stay. Other than that it was a great short stay.

Enjoyed the property for a 3 family weekend stay. The layout of the rental was conducive to each family having their own bathroom and sleeping areas. Dining space was also accommodating to the number of people. Location of property allowed for travel to various indoor activities.

Beautiful condo. The pools were also kid friendly and entertaining. Had a wonderful time!
