This modern, fully equipped and fully air conditioned, apartment has had its latest upgrade in January 2021. It is perfectly designed to help you have an ideal relaxing holiday in one of the best areas in Malta.

The key feature of this large apartment is it's four large bedrooms, three of which having an en suite shower, with the fourth bedroom having an interconnected fifth bedroom thus making it a comfortable holiday for up to eleven guests all sleeping on comfortable beds.

The apartment features a large living area now equipped with a brand new two plus three seater sofa, a large Philips 65 inch 4K Ultra HD LED TV, free cable TV connection with multiple channels and free WiFi.

The large kitchen and dining area continues to makes this apartment a perfect holiday home. The new Veneta Cucine Kitchen features a breakfast table and for the coffee lovers we now provided one of the latest Nespresso Coffee machines. Three small open balconies compliment this property all with side views of the promenade and sea.

This Luxury 200 sq. m apartment is situated in Malta's hottest spot, Sliema. Seconds away from Sliema's beaches where one can find a variety of water sports and a few minutes away from a large numbers of bars, restaurants and cafes. Also within a walking distance is Malta's busiest shopping centre where one can find the world's leading brands. This apartment is only a walk away from Malta's hottest night spot, Paceville. This space is also kids friendly, with two parks metres away. One can also enjoy a walk on Malta's longest and most beautiful promenade. All other villages can be reached by Public Transport with bus stops close by.

The property was well located. It was on the 5th floor which was fine until the elevator broke, not the fault of the property manager. It did take 3 days to fix but it got fixed.

We got to the apartment after midnight and we had a series of unfortunate events after we checked in to the apartment. First, the power went out and i had to call Andre in the middle of the night (i really hated doing but necessary) to ask where the main power switch is. Thank God he answered and we got the power back on. Then we found broken glass, a lamp with exposed wires, a shower head with black mold, another shower doesn’t drain. Also, one of the beds was broken and my girlfriend fell and hurt herself when the bed collapsed when she sat down. I addressed all the issues with Andre the next day and he was responsive in getting a handyman and plumber to fix the issues we identified. The bed was fixed, the lamp wire replaced, the shower head cleaned, and the shower drain fixed. We made the best of it and we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook breakfast. The place was spacious for all 7 of us. It was a really great location in Sliema. Closed to the beach.

Wonderful location, close to water & restaurants. Neighborhood easy to negotiate.

We were very happy with the location of this rental. There was a lot of room for the six of us, and we particularly liked the multiple bathrooms. It does need some work: there were a lot of exposed wiring, and one of the bathrooms had broken tile which resulted in flooding of the room. Problem with fuses being tripped somehow. eed to repair or replace couches also.

Very Disappointing

Based on pictures and previous reviews, my friends and I rented this apartment even though it was the most expensive one we looked at. That is not what we found! Everything pictured was very old and worn or falling apart: holes in the walls with wires protruding, bathroom showers had black mould and did not drain so that water overflowed the tray, drapes and blinds which were hanging off the hooks in living room and bedrooms, hid dirty windows, refrigerator was dirty and freezer had remnants from previous tenant, clothes dryer had hair hanging and water had not been removed from condenser, dishwasher did not work, tabletops had to be cleaned before use, layer of dust on everything, dirty mops and a bag of rocks were in a corner of the unit near the laundry section, ironing board cover had a huge burn hole. Many basic amenities listed on website were not in the apartment. Andre gave us a cursory tour of the apartment, but neglected to tell us how the hot water, water pressure, and appliances worked. We had to call him to return with the missing amenities and instructions. On the whole the apartment was very disappointing. However; it is spacious, the air conditioning did work, and it is near to bus transportation but it needs a lot of care.

Great place to stay in hot Malta :)

We came in the middle of July. The apartment is impressive and well maintained with nice design. The location is really good, close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. You can get everywhere from the nearest bus stop, and almost all buses are air conditioned so the travel is cool and nice. The beach is rocky, but there are special mini-pools made in the rock, so you can enjoy the waves. If you like to go to all-sandy beach, go to George's Bay or Blue Lagoon or even one hour on the bus trip to Golden Bay on the other side of the island is really worthy the effort. After every day spent walking and enjoying the island it was great to come back to cool apartment and relax in jacuzzi :) Big 42 inch TV with lots of international channels made it even better. You have everything you need in the apartment, no need to take bath towels, many of them in the wardrobes. Washing machine and dryer available too. Kitchen is well equipped with a big fridge and freezer. The owners are very nice and helpful, you can contact Andre about every issue and he is happy and quick to help you. We would recommend that place to everyone and would come back next time too. The stay was amazing, we all enjoyed the apartment and the area around. If you need sunny and relaxing holiday visit Sliema, Richmond Court :) Maria

Why they chose this property

This property has just had a major upgrade in January 2020. This wide fronted property is close to all amenities as it is right in the heart of Sliema. Even though advertised as a four bedroom property it is considered as a five bedroom by property agents as two bedrooms are inter connected. Probably the only property on the market with ten comfortable beds in fully air conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms.
