Clean, safe, big space, close to transportation!

We loved this house! There was 5 of us and it was plenty of room. We got back to the house at various times of the night and always felt safe. The neighborhood is really cute and was close to a coffee shop, the hop on hop off sightseeing bus stop (highly recommend this!), and the trolley stop. We could easily take the trolley to canal street and walk right to bourbon street. Loren was attentive to our needs and when I had a question she got right back to us. I can’t say enough about this place, perfect place to stay in New Orleans!

Perfect place--spacious, clean and convenient.

We stayed here for 6 days in March and it was perfect for us. Although there were only 3 of us sleeping there, my daughter's bridal party and my sisters and cousins all gathered there on the wedding day to get our hair and make up done. There was plenty of room for everyone and the floor to ceiling windows and faux fireplace in themaster bedroom provided a beautiful spot for the photographer to take some pics of the bride getting dressed. The location is safe and convenient in the Garden District. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect property, perfect location!

We stayed 5 days/4 nights in this awesome property. There were a total of 5 in our party, and the condo more than accommodated us comfortably.

The location is great, just as described. We came in and out at varying times of day and night and always felt safe and secure.

The only "negative" is that the pictures don't do the condo justice. It's a pretty special property. Thank you for allowing us to stay there Loryn! 5 stars!

PERFECT Place - PERFECT Locations - PERFECT Stay

Our family arrived in the middle of the night for our stay in NO for Thanksgiving. The rental looked exactly like the pictures and was very easy to locate. Even coming in late at night we felt safe and secure in the neighborhood the home is in. It is a beautifully renovated condo keeps it old world charm but with everything you could need. One of the best things about this rental is it's location. It is exactly 1 block to the Trolley stop, on the route that will either take you all the way through the garden district or downtown to Bourbon street. Many restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. We loved our stay and if we return to NO we will be staying here again.

Great Location

The space itself was more than adequate for five adults, the location was great and parking was a breeze. It needs some attention to detail, things need tightening and light bulbs needed replacement, etc. Nothing major. Only con would be the mattress in the bedroom. It felt like a pull-out sofa mattress. I think it had seen its better days. In general, we had a very nice time at the Condo.
