Park Station 2 Bedroom Condo - 2 Minutes to Main Street and Town Lift!

This recently remodeled condo is located in the Park Station complex right on Park Avenue and has amazing access to Main Street and the Town Lift. Walk to the south-side of the building and Main Street is less than 500 ft away! Town Lift is a 2-minute walk away so you can easily ask the Town Lift. In the summertime you can walk out the patio door and access the Rail Trail in Park City which leads to Main Street, the local park, or accesses more trails throughout Park City.

Head into our unit and the main room is open concept with access to the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has space for everyone with comfortable couches and a ski rack to hang your skis and other wet gear. New beautiful hardwood flooring was just installed throughout the whole unit and the couch is a queen size pullout couch that can sleep 2 people. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is right next to the dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you would need including oven, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, and all the cooking utensils you would need (with such great access to Main Street though, you may find yourself dining out more often than dining in). All of the appliances have been upgraded to stainless steel.

Head past the kitchen and you will be greeted with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful queen bed with a walk in closet, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the detached bathroom is right across the hallway with a shower/tub combo.

Other amenities in this building include hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna, men and women's locker rooms, ice machine, and washer/dryer room.

Very convenient - would rent this again.

Super convenient location. Bus pickup to and drop-off from Deer Valley right there at the complex. Easy walk to lots of great restaurants (Shabu was fantastic) and shops on Main. Can take bus to/from the grocery store. Outside pool and hot tub were clean and spacious. The unit itself was very clean and enjoyable. The bedrooms could have used a little more light, the light in one bedroom closet was out, and one toilet was on the verge of being stopped up - but these were minor things and we didn't bring them up to the manager while we were there. We were too busy skiing and enjoying the town!

Great place, great location, nice overall facility/amenities with large hot tub and pool
