Imagine a secluded place where you can recharge your batteries and gather your thoughts. Imagine some place where you could relax from the struggles of everyday life, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, far removed from the stresses and strains that you encounter at work. This luxurious home is that place. Surrounded by towering trees and located on a verdant patch of land, this home is big enough for you and your whole family to relax, and isolated enough for you to chill out.
Step into the lounge, with its large window that overlooks the trees. This is the main room of the house and the first place you see when you enter the property. It's a place where people relax on the sofa and watch the television or sit on the floor and read a book.
This room has incorporated various elements from nature, including wooden floors and a wooden display case on the far wall, which is situated beneath a plasma television. Here, the color scheme is one of the neutral shades, with baby blue sofas and pastels on the walls. This evokes a feeling of tranquility and one of relaxation. That's why so many people have used this room to unwind and relax.
Step outside into the courtyard at Night Heron 4, where you'll find a large swimming pool and various places to sit and soak up the sun. This is a place where families enjoy each others' company and one where people plunge into the water on hot summer days. If you're not a fan of the sun, that's OK. There are plenty of spots to relax in the shade. Maybe in the towering trees that dominate the landscape in the background, perhaps?
The courtyard is another hub of the home, where you can read a book on a chaise lounge or go for a stroll around the pool. It's big enough for you to host a party, too, especially on a summer's evening. This would be a great place to welcome your guests, and there's plenty of space for games and activities, too.
The Kitchen and Dining Space
This home incorporates an open-plan design, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen and dining area are two of the most important areas of this house. First, the kitchen blends contemporary style features and is a great place for you to prepare and cook delicious meals for your guests. You can still communicate with your visitors when you are in the kitchen and they are in the lounge because of the open-plan design. The dining space lets you and your guests enjoy the food.
Like the rest of the house, the kitchen and dining spaces contain high, sloped ceilings, which create more space and a light, airy feel. Large windows let the natural sunlight flood into the property, too. Other features include wooden floors. The same color scheme used in the lounge has extended into this space: pastels on the wall, aqua colors and a marine theme.
The bedrooms in this property are welcoming and contemporary, with a number of personal touches that make this house a home. In the main bedroom, there are floor-to-ceiling windows which make the room look much bigger than it really is and allows the natural light to flood into the property on sunny days.
The marine theme continues in this bedroom, with pictures on the walls and more pastel colors, including baby blue. There's also an outdoor patio area, which is accessible from the main bedroom. Here, guests can relax and overlook the rest of the property.
A smaller bedroom is equipped with bunk beds, making it a great choice for young children. Again, there are sloped ceilings, which remains an unusual but attractive property feature, and wooden floors. In this room, there is a large window that overlooks the rest of the property and drawers for storage.
The bathroom is bright and breezy, with a cozy, compact feel. You'll find everything you need in here, and much more.

Saw no bugs, wish there was an oven
I stayed here 12/2-12/9 and was nervous about roaches based on some of the other reviews. Luckily I didn’t see any bugs! I was very judicious about never leaving food out. This place is really nice, though there are some quirks. I gave up on drawing the blinds across the sliders because every time I used them, slats fell out. There is no oven!! Granted, the photos show this but one assumes a full kitchen will have an oven! I had no trouble with the TV and it was great to have Netflix in addition to cable. I felt happy with the condo.
Unit nicely decorated and clean but numerous issues arose. No info on use of TV and complicated. Need instructions for guests. I called for help and house agent came over but really he did not solve navigating system and finally I got it after hours of frustration. Simple instructions should be left by TV. No DVD—it was in a cabinet but representative did not want to hook up. No oven! Bar-b-que outside but not best option in Fall/Winter. Cockroaches— need I say more. Broken dishes. Smoke alarm failure. Other minor defects—curtains missing slats, broken dishes, tub would not hold water—no bath. Shower curtain keep falling down. Would not rent this again. Rather sloppy property.
Stove would be nice
Some small repairs needed- I did some done while there-outdoor lights bulbs broken in fixtures-cabinet knobs stripped/loose where snugged up; need bathroom towel racks tightening up with special screw driver
These are all minor of course!
Would like to return ASAP!
IS IT FOR SALE?
A quiet and okay place
Leftover trash under the footrest, the two coffee machines with leftover coffee in them from we don't know how long ( we add to wash them both ), some pots and pans dirty we add to wash them also because of baked on food and no scrubbing sponge and no dish cloth to dry off the dishes. It is mentioned, A starter supply of soap and paper products. Is ONE roll of toilet paper and NO kleenex a starter supply, or did we miss something. In my opinion, for the price of the rental home, a pack of 4 rolls of toilet paper is .69 cent at Kroger's. It is kind of insulting. For the trash bin outside, the owner should think of a way to have the cover of the bin secured with bungee cords, so the small animals wouldn't be able to take it down and spread all the trash around and us to have to clean up outside each day. It is also not fun to have cockroaches around the living area, I will stop at that. For the rest, a quiet neighborhood and the people are very nice
Relaxing - just what I needed
Lovely property in nice setting. Not as much privacy as hoped for, but that wasn't a problem. Actually saw a deer!
Great location, super cute design. But....
So we overall had a great week in Hilton head. The house is in a great location close to the beach and pool...bike trails..wonderful place. We love Hilton head. Why only 3 stars? We had cockroaches in the house. I called on the first day to tell the management and see if the could spray. We put our luggage in "quarantine " for a few days when we got home as we did not want any "hitchhikers". We did have another issue that the management company quickly resolved. I understand that bugs and the south are part of normal life, but it was still a little gross.
Overall a nice stay and this house is super cute
