The main floor of the house has a dramatic open floor plan designed by the renowned local architect Chip Bohl and Baltimore interior designer Michelle Miller. The living room, dining room and kitchen have sliding and folding doors that open up to the a large deck and water view. The deck has a seating area with a fire pit and a screened porch with a dining table and grill. A master bedroom with water views, king bed and large master bath is also on the main floor. Up a sculptural staircase from the main level is a second floor with two bedrooms and a bath room. The house has wifi, HDTV/cable, and a high end stereo system indoors and out. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Unfortunately, the house is not appropriate for young children.
