You may arrive when you wish (after 3pm) and will have an allocated parking space, with further off-street parking for additional cars, extensive sunny communal gardens and a little bit of peace and quiet.
The apartment is well stocked with kitchen equipment and even a few basic culinary necessities etc, to wide screen TV, DVD player, radio and Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi books and magazines to browse.
Whether your stay (minimum of 2 nights) is for family, friends or a romantic weekend get away, you could not ask for a more delightful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bath City Centre, and yet you are within seconds of quiet countryside walks which can connect to the Cotswold Way.

-Easy arrival / check in, with keys held securely in a key-safe, so you may arrive when it suits you, after 3pm, sometimes earlier.
You feel you are privileged to stay in a building such as this, which has a grand feel about it. The bathroom is the quirkiest I've ever seen.
Shops in Weston "village" are only a stroll away and the 30 minute walk into town is a delight, along leafy residential streets, through Royal Victoria Park, along the famous Royal Crescent and via the Circus to central Bath and all it's delights.
Or it's easy to get a bus, taxi or even drive into central Bath.
There are country side walks on the doorstep too.
The apartment has gas central heating and is mainly carpeted, with a tiled floor in the kitchen, and cushion floor in the master bedrooms en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom with king size (5ft) double bed and en-suite bathroom is in it's own wing of the apartment, and so would be quiet for a child using the fifth bed, if they needed to be in bed earlier than the rest of the group.
We provide the 5th extra fold up bed on request in this bedroom (or in the lounge).
The second bedroom can have twin beds, or these can be joined to make a comfortable king size (5ft) double bed.

There is not sufficient room to put the extra bed in the second bedroom.
This room has an en-suite shower room, which is small, but has a loo and spacious shower.
The fold-up bed is provided for occasional use (in the lounge or master bedroom) and linen (and towels) are provided for this bed, when required.
A childs travel cot can be provided too, on request, but you would need to provide your own linen for this please.
Note that access to a loo is only through either one of the bedrooms.
Kitchen: Stylish well fitted separate kitchen. Equipment includes, electric oven and 5 ring gas hob with extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and all the usual cooking utensils and pans etc. Nice views over Bath from the kitchen windows.
Tumble dryer, ironing board, iron (and even soft water for the iron) and a hairdryer are all provided.
Spacious sunny lounge with lovely outlook, comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofas. WiFi, TV with DVD player, CD/radio, stereo with mP3/iPod etc. headphone plug connection.
A large round dining table that can seat 6.
This is a beautiful room with Georgian features that is very relaxing.
Pleasant wide entrance hallway connecting the various rooms, as befits the apartment.
Towels and linen;
Professionally laundered, quality cotton sheets, duvet covers, and towels are provided at the start of your stay, and changed weekly for longer stays.
The property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and weekly, with a linen change, for longer stays.
Gas hob/stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, small tumble dryer, iron&ironing board, Free-sat TV, High speed internet access (ethernet & WiFi), gas central heating, communal gardens, and off street parking for several cars, so if you come in more than one car you can still park your cars off the road at the back of the building.
