This wonderful vacation home is only three blocks from ski access. You can take the Norfolk ski access to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. You are three blocks to the free bus stop to everything else!

The home has open living on the main floor with a large updated kitchen with granite countertops and high quality stainless steel appliances. The dining area can accommodate six with an additional two at the breakfast bar.

There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this home. Plus, an upstairs loft/office with queen aero bed and fresh linens. There is also a comfy sofa-sleeper on the main level.

The home has a laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron. Fresh paint, carpet and furnishings are throughout the home.

Enjoy the “Best Snow on Earth” as you ski home and relax in the hot tub at our newly remodeled historic home at 421 Park Avenue. The home is literally steps away from Main Street. Which means it is within walking distance to all the Main Street shopping, theater, dining, nightlife, and the town chairlift.

For those that plan to venture outside the immediate area, there is free transportation to Deer Valley Resort, The Canyons, Park City Mountain Ski Resort, Utah Olympic Park, Kimball Junction dining and shopping, or the Tanger Outlets of Park City. Simply walk to the bus stop on Heber Ave, or take the Main Street Trolley, to the transportation center and you're off...for free!

If you come to visit during the summer months, the mountain bike, road bike and hiking trails are endless. You'll be able to come home to relax on the beautiful patio deck with amazing water feature. Then unwind in the outdoor hot tub, catch a free summer concert or stroll down Main Street. The backyard of this home is a absolute delight!

What makes this house unique

Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.

Perfect in every way!

We stayed at 421 Park Ave with 4 adults and 4 children and had a wonderful experience. Bo was fantastic to work with, the home way clean, well stocked, instructions for check in and checkout were clear and easy to follow. The home is perfectly situated just off main street and easily walkable to bus, Main Street shops, a Banksy!, etc. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thanks again Bo!

Perfect location and great house.

We stayed comfortably with two families (9 people total) for a long ski weekend in March and had a great time. The house is perfectly located one block from the middle of main street with easy access to skiing at Park City and Deer Valley.

421 Park was exactly as described. It was well-appointed, and extremely convenient. Very easy to get on the slopes, off the slopes (via Quit'n Time), and walk to Main Street. The owner was very accessible and communicative.

Excellent stay

This is a fun old house that has had some recent loving care to make it current and comfortable. The layout is easy and functional, and you cant beat the location. Our two favorite Park City restaurants were 1 block away (Chimayo & Shabu). Bo was extremely responsive and took care of one small request we had immediately. We recommend the house and think people will like it. One small thing to be aware of is that the washer and dryer are in the main hall/room upstairs, which is a bit odd, but not really a problem.
