This wonderful vacation home is only three blocks from ski access. You can take the Norfolk ski access to the Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. You are three blocks to the free bus stop to everything else!

The home has open living on the main floor with a large updated kitchen with granite countertops and high quality stainless steel appliances. The dining area can accommodate six with an additional two at the breakfast bar.

There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this home. Plus, an upstairs loft/office with queen aero bed and fresh linens. There is also a comfy sofa-sleeper on the main level.

The home has a laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron. Fresh paint, carpet and furnishings are throughout the home.

Enjoy the “Best Snow on Earth” as you ski home and relax in the hot tub at our newly remodeled historic home at 421 Park Avenue. The home is literally steps away from Main Street. Which means it is within walking distance to all the Main Street shopping, theater, dining, nightlife, and the town chairlift.

For those that plan to venture outside the immediate area, there is free transportation to Deer Valley Resort, The Canyons, Park City Mountain Ski Resort, Utah Olympic Park, Kimball Junction dining and shopping, or the Tanger Outlets of Park City. Simply walk to the bus stop on Heber Ave, or take the Main Street Trolley, to the transportation center and you're off...for free!

If you come to visit during the summer months, the mountain bike, road bike and hiking trails are endless. You'll be able to come home to relax on the beautiful patio deck with amazing water feature. Then unwind in the outdoor hot tub, catch a free summer concert or stroll down Main Street. The backyard of this home is a absolute delight!

What makes this house unique

Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.

Girls Bithday celebration

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. It allowed a group of four lifelong friends to come together from around the country to celebrate our next decade together. Your home served us in every way possible! The pictures and description were accurate and reflected the home perfectly.

The only issue we encountered was upon arrival late in the rain when we parked directly in front of the house where the sign on the wall indicated to park. Unfortunately, we awoke to a ticket on our windshield for a parking violation. We went out early the next morning to put the tags provided on the car but it was too late. It was only in the broad daylight where we saw the City parking signs distinct from the wall mounted sign.

We loved being within walking distance to town for coffee and dining and a quick ride up the chairlift for spectacular views!

I would highly recommend this home and host for any guest wanting quick proximity to all the happenings in Park City.

Great house, great location

I wanted to write a quick note and say how much we enjoyed staying at 421 Park Ave. The house and it's location were perfect. Easy access (no car!) to dining, mountain biking, etc. We're sure to come this winter and enjoy the skiing! The beds were super comfortable, there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, etc. We've stayed in many a VRBO and this was by far the best. Thank you Bo!

Perfect Stay!

This house was perfect for 3 adult couples. More than enough space and beautifully decorated! But the absolute best part was the location!!! Not everyone in our group skied so being 1 block away from main street - shops and restaurants - was PERFECT! We have stayed at many VRBO's - this one is definitely one of our favorites!
