Located in Leicester City Center, there is an abundance of vibrant restaurants and bars to take your pick from! Local shopping centers and main transport links are less than a 10 minute walk away. Come and visit lots of closely located tourist attractions - Leicester is home to The National Space Center, King Power Stadium the Champions of the Premier League 2016, we even have a King buried here, why don’t you come and explore yourself!
The apartment has an open plan kitchen and living room. The apartment is very bright and airy, velux windows helps to give this apartment a lot of natural lighting. The whole apartment is open plan and spacious, the double bedroom has a ensuite bathroom attached. This whole apartment has recently been refurbished, filled with spanking new furniture and styled ensuring our guests are able to get the most from their stay.
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The living room area is open plan to the kitchen. The living room includes a double sofa opposite the sofa is a smart TV, there is also an armchair, a coffee table and a dining table that seats two. The four velux windows allows a lot of fresh air to circulate through the apartment on those hot summer days, it also naturally lights the whole apartment itself.
Our kitchen facilities are all new, we have recently put in a brand new fridge, oven and hob for your use. The fridge is a tall standing one with the bottom half as a freezer, the fridge and cupboard space is very generous for four people!
You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for. We have also provided full kitchen equipment to ensure all your needs are met during your stay.
The kitchen includes a washing machine, we will also provide you with washing machine tablets.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no terrestrial TV in the property, but you can access internet streaming services if you have an account.
Both double bedrooms include a wardrobe with hangers, a chest of drawers as well as a hair dryer, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. All beds are prepared with fresh, white hotel style linen.
The bathroom includes a walk in shower, a toilet and a sink basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Interaction with Guests:
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
The flat is located down a quiet road that is in the City Centre but away from the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city life, this enables you to be able to tailor your stay to your very own needs. As soon as you walk down the street towards your left you will see the Curve Theatre which is part of the £32 million development of the Cultural quarter of Leicester.
An abundance of restaurants, shops and bars are all within close walking distance. A couple of roads away there is St George Courtyard which is an open green space. The local neighbourhood is filled with lots of sites and activities that are able to make your stay fun packed. Leicester Cathedral has some glorious views and is only a ten minute walk away. Fancy a bit of a fun workout? Boost trampoline park is literally just around the corner, less than a five minute walk! Or why not visit Leicester's most immersive escape game experience. Intelligence games that will test your mind, your wits and your nerves, only half a mile away from your accommodation! All of these attractions are imbedded in The Lanes shopping, that are streets and streets filled with Independent shops, why not spend a day getting lost around these parts?
If you are arriving by train the station is a seven minute walk away from this accommodation.
There are multiple car parks that are located close walking distance to your stay.
