Three bedroom, each with queen beds, two full bath home just minutes away from St. Charles Avenue, Magazine Street and Napoleon Avenue Parade route. Just park your vehicle in our gated driveway and walk, Uber, taxi or ride the street car to anywhere you want to go.

We have all the comforts of home. You are sure to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation free from the hassle of trying to find a parking space.

We are located in the uptown area of New Orleans in a quiet neighborhood. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath home. The main/master suite has a queen-sized bed with a sitting area and cable television, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with queen-sized bed (s) as well, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The cozy living room is furnished with a couch, chair, cable television and blue ray player. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all high end appliances. We even have a coffee maker, blender, wine refrigerator, and toaster.

There are many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away.

Our gated drive is not a shared space with our apartment renter so you have exclusive use of the driveway during your stay.

You are sure to have a wonderful time in the "Big Easy".

A New Orleans gem

From my very first inquiry about staying at Momanem’s and through every moment of our stay, Nan has been so responsive, helpful, and welcoming! My friends and I found every comfortable and hospitable touch we could have wished for. The location was perfect for our exploration of New Orleans. The gated, off-street parking was a wonderful luxury. The house was very clean, beautifully designed, and by the end of our week there, felt like home. A much more enjoyable option than staying in a hotel! I recommend it highly, and so do the friends who stayed there with me.

Fabulous location; accommodations; and gated off street parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Momanem's. The house is very centrally located to Magazine Street, St. Charles Avenue and Napoleon Avenue. All are just a two or three block walk in a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. The hosts make sure you have everything you need, including snacks for those time when you just want to hang out around the house. This house is perfect for families and couples alike. I can't say enough about how comfortable the house is. If you want to go to the French Quarters, it's a short walk to the nearest street car stop on St. Charles. Uber works great here as well. Location, location, location. What a great value for our dollars. The off street parking alone saves you a ton as well as provides a safe place to leave your car. The entire property is surrounded by a fence. Could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. We will be returning very soon.

Great house for Mardi Gras stay or any stay in new olreans

The house is great location for anything you want to do in New Orleans, close to anything street car just a few blocks can get you anywhere. If you do drive great off street parking. House was were clean and well kept. Would love to stay at this home again. First time using VRBO very satisfied

Upscale amenities in a beautiful neighborhood

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and includes a well-stocked kitchen. A wonderful restaurant is in walking distance and the streetcar picks up about two blocks from the house. We would definitely stay there again!
