The apartment is located in Landfall, which is a small, pet-friendly, fairly close-knit, residential community. It is comprised of 15 apartments occupied by a mix of snowbirds, full time residents, and some vacationers. The ages range from a couple younger children to a few seniors and everything in between.
This is a great place for an extended vacation or a long-term rental. Minimum rental is equal to one month.
