About Vacasa, Tennessee Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Paw Paws Bear Den

We had a great time. Kids had a fun trip as well. Cabin was clean and well kept. Great location. The electronic front door lock did not function properly, but the area seemed safe enough to overlook that issue. The fooseball table needs to be fixed. Other than that, we had an excellent time and will definitely go back someday.

Convenient to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge

  • 4 of 5

Overall we had a nice stay. A few areas they could improve.1) The quality of the cookware especially the knives. There is no pizza cutter. There are only steak knives. 2) The clothes dryer is very old and the lint collector screen was shredded and difficult to empty.3) Some of the blinds were not functioning. 4) After we reported some problems, we were told a local manager would contact us but we never heard from them. 5) There was only one air hockey puck and it was in very poor condition. It would not glide and flip off the table too easily. Regarding the foosball table, the ball just falls on the floor every time you score. You have to get on your knees to collect the ball from the floor under the table.

Family Spring Break

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was great!! Our extended family all came for Spring Break & this cabin was perfect for all of us! The kids especially loved all the games & the air hockey & foosball. The grownups appreciated the porches & the well stocked kitchen! It was also so close & convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge & the Park.

Cabin was just what we wanted but could have been cleaner. Basically needed a deep clean. Mice droppings and dirty baseboards

Close to the main strip.

Property was clean and had all we needed. We did have some problems connecting to the tv in one of the bedrooms downstairs . We eventually gave up trying to get it to work.

It would have been nice to have a couple more safety bars in the bathroom on the main floor.

I am real conscious about not falling in the shower so I had to be really careful with not much to hold on to.

Everything else was fine for us and we enjoyed our stay.

Cabin nice but extremely dirty!

  • 1 of 5

The cabin was very pretty and had a beautiful location however, the home was so terribly dirty (Filthy) that it ruined the trip. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere, literally (hanging from ceiling and fans). There was food under couches. The smell upon arrival was horrendous (body odor). There were stains on the King comforter upstairs (GAG!!) and feces on the comforter in the main floor (bedroom on the left). I have NEVER seen such filth. We had to clean and wash to be able stay. Terribly disappointed.
