Beautiful professionally decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in Barrier Dunes. Our Townhouse is consistently rated as one of the top homes in cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Our home sleeps 6 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Features WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs,2 DVD players, stereo with CD player, washer, dryer, and gas grill. The unit is close to the beach, tennis courts and both pools.Our home is an end unit, #71 on the Barrier Dunes map,408 Barrier Dunes Drive,just steps from the beach. Please note we do not allow pets. We are a non smoking unit.

This cheerful home is consistently rated tops in cleanliness and style. Our beach has been beautifully restored and is in top condition for 2017. Uncrowded, private and peaceful you can enjoy dolphins playing while you sun on the sugar white sand. Do not miss the sunset. Each night nature paints a different picture. Barrier Dunes is a gated community. There are three stocked ponds, paved roads perfect for biking and boardwalks leading to the tennis courts,both pools and the beach. St Joseph Bay CC golf course is a 15 min. drive. .'Appliach' and Port St Joe are minutes away. Both have many restaurants and activities for everyone. We look forward to adding your family to our list of guests.

Floor plan consists of the first level living room with Queen pull out sofa, TV/DVD, deck with ground level access, dining and kitchen,bedroom with queen bed private balcony and bathroom, breaker panel. The second level has a master bedroom with King bed, TV/DVD, private balcony, master bath with garden tub and separate shower, washer, dryer and hot water Heater. There is a ground level deck with outside shower and extra faucets.

Lynn retired after 30 years as a math teacher. Mike retired after 40 years as a small business owner. We live in Georgia. After out first visit to the 'Cape' we purchased our townhome new. We have been the only owners for 16 years.

Very clean and well-maintained town house just steps from the beach

This was our first time staying on Cape San Blas. We made a very impromptu reservation and were very appreciative of the both responsive of the owner and of the management company.

The townhouse was VERY clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with items of good quality. They did not skimp on the utensils, dishes, etc. Very nice to find everything you could wish to use in good working order.

The master suite was very spacious with a walk-in closet, big garden tub and nice-sized walk-in shower.

Clean laundry room with nice appliances.

The furniture in the unit as clean and comfortable.

The beautiful, white sand beach was only a short walk from the unit along nice, safe boardwalks. Our only regret is having to leave this nice place!

Simply amazing

This was our first time to the Cape. It was beautiful. The Starry Night at Barrier Dunes was extremely comfortable. Felt like home almost. Very clean and well stocked with essentials. Hope to stay again next year.

Clean, well maintained condo in convenient location

Really appreciated the extras at this condo--little things mean a lot. Chairs were at the outside shower, lots of silverware and kitchen ware, plus stocked with an initial supply of soap for dishwasher and washer. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Nice location relative to beach. Would definitely rent this again

Riom was very updated and clean. Nice ammenities. Great response time by owner. Only complaint....can not get a call back from Pristine Properties....we left by mistake a tote with supplies including two Yeti tumblers. Have left messages with front desk and housekeeping with no return calls as of this date. Guess these are gone :(....

Excellent.

First, the property makes a great first impression as to condition and cleanliness. Also, it included a number of paper/tissue and plastic bag products that we were warned in a general posting to bring for ourselves - a pleasant surprise. It was a most comfortable stay as to beds, coolness, TV's and decks. And the general property is very nice with the pools, beach access and walkability.

One thing was lacking and though not needed now, might be in the summer. The master bedroom and living room fans could not be activated. Two men from our group of relatives nearby were there briefly one day and couldn't get them on either. We didn't want to give the chains too hard of a pull so if that's the problem we don't know. I suspect the wiring at the fan as I once had a contractor botch it on two bedrooms in the house we were building and had to come back and get it right. They were the same type, one switch at the wall with two functions at the fan. Good luck!
