This four bedroom beach cottage has a traditional island reversed floor plan. The main living area is upstairs in order to catch the ocean breezes from the large porch.

Upon entering the home you are greeted by a quaint and colorful sitting area. It's the perfect place for children to gather to watch TV, play games, or use the desk for art or a lap top. This level includes 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with two twins. There is a shared bathroom with a shower only. Your washer and dryer are also on this floor.

At the top of the stairs you are welcomed by the charming and comfortable main living space. A leather sofa is surrounded by unique beach décor. There is a large flat screen television, DVD player, and WIFI. The wicker dining table seats four. This level includes two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The galley kitchen includes a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker.

A highlight of this cottage is the large porch. There is upscale outdoor furniture for relaxing and a table and chairs for dining. Of course, there is a grill for cooking local seafood.

The back yard has recently been fenced in so it makes a great area for your children, or pets to safely have a place to play!

The home worked perfectly for us. Close walk to the beach and convenient to town. Covered deck overlooking fenced backyard was my favorite ! This home has everything you need.

Cozy, clean and close to beach!

Home is ideal for families with children, or visiting adults with first level suite (2 bdrs, full bath and tv/office area). The yard is spacious for pets. This home is truly a beach house. Sweetgrass management is top notch.

Great house for 6 people! Easy beach walk

House was the perfect beach house for the 6 of us. Close to beach and decorated really beachy! Beds were all really comfy. Could have used a few more pieces of cutlery but other than that we had a fantastic time ! Yard gets a bit of water when it rains for awhile

We had such a lovely, relaxing time in this beach house!!!! Great location, just a few blocks off the beach. Decorated so cute and homey around every corner! Would definitely rent this place again next year!!!

Absolutely perfect house for single or multiple families.. We loved the decor and especially the large porch and fenced yard. This house has everything you need for the perfect stay!! It was refreshing to finally find a rental home with comfortable mattresses. The most comfortable we have ever experienced in a vacation home and we have rented many, many times over the past 30 years. The galley style kitchen does not allow for many people to do meal prep at one time but for us it worked just fine and we had a house full of people. The kitchen is fully stocked leaving nothing for Mom to bring from home!! Loved the non check in process!! Super renter friendly and much appreciated!! We will definitely rent this beautiful IOP house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

There are many activities very close to enjoy- sight seeing, restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports, jet skiing, boat rentals, Isle of Palms Marina, and Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The Harris Teeter sits right beside the Isle of Palms Connector for your grocery needs. The Isle of Palms front beach is also a great choice for restaurants and souvenirs.
