This house was just completely remodeled down to the studs and is complete with a large fully stocked luxurious kitchen, living area with fireplace and 55" Roku TV, 3 spacious bedrooms with bonus room with plenty of closet space and wall mounted televisions with free cable, "game/garage" room that's the size of a spacious 2 car garage, formal dining area, upstairs balcony, front patio, freshly landscaped front and back yard, BRAND NEW furniture and decor, very large private pool, very large backyard with mature well-kept landscaping, 3 full bathrooms and only a couple minutes from the beach and local hot-spots and activities! Comfortably sleeps up to 12!

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a spacious/open layout with the living area to the left. The living area is complete with large window looking out to the mature landscape and front patio, fireplace, 55" wall mounted Roku TV with free cable, new furniture including pull-out sofa and classy decor throughout. Upon entering the kitchen, the large island with electric stove and bar seating for 3 is perfect for those early mornings preparing your plans for the day. The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking utensils, pots & pans, dinnerware, drinkware and basic small appliances. Around the corner is the spacious formal dining room with window looking out to the beautiful backyard and pool. To the left, you have access to a linen stocked full bathroom with walk-in shower. Next to that is the first bedroom equipped with full size bed, cable TV and closet. This bedroom also looks out to the pool! On the opposite side of the home, there is a bonus room/bedroom with laundry area, patio sliding door for access to the backyard and pool, desk and wall mounted cable TV. This room also has a pull-out full sleeper. As you go upstairs, you enter a spacious landing with window and seating. To the left is a spacious bedroom with private full bath including walk-in shower. This bedroom also offers a sliding glass door for balcony access overlooking the backyard and pool. This bedroom includes another large walk-in closet. This bedroom is equipped with a king size bed! Moving back to the landing, to the right is a HUGE "master" bedroom that has been converted into additional sleeping space. This massive room has 2 closets, 2 queen beds, large window overlooking the driveway/front yard, wall mounted cable TV and spacious attached and stocked master bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combination! The yard is wonderfully landscaped and well kept and with a fully fenced spacious backyard; perfect for a family who loves to bring their pet on vacation! The front yard is shaded by large palms and pines, making it a very peaceful setting when lounging on the front patio area. Parking is available for about 3 cars without using the garage, but the garage can be used manually if desired.

**You MUST be 30 or older with valid ID to rent this property. This person will assume all responsibility during your stay and must remain in the property for the ENTIRE booking.**

**During the months of March & April, all renters will be charged an $800 refundable damage deposit and be required to submit a proper form of identification for EACH member within the group.**

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Derek and Josh are more than willing to make your stay perfect. We had 4 cars and were able to park easily but I believe that would be all that could fit. The yard is nicely kept and the furnishings and decor inside are just beautiful. Our only suggestion is to the owner to update the pool. It's an older pool and was in good shape for the age, but it needs some TLC. We were told that it is in the plans for this year to be redone. We appreciate the use of the home and all the hard work the managers put in that made our stay memorable. We plan to come back again next year. 😊

Wow! What a great house!

My husband and I have stayed at 6 properties through VRBO in recent years and this was by far the best one we have ever rented. We stayed here for 7 weeks and really felt completely at home. The house was immaculate and thoroughly updated. The décor is tasteful and calming. The furniture is very comfortable. The house is spacious and can accommodate 6-8 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality pots, utensils and dishes. All appliances worked. The yard is totally fenced in with a nice size pool. The high fencing around the property allows for plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet.

The location of the property is terrific. Just off a main road making access to all really good , yet not in the heart of all the business of the area - which is not far away if you want it. Its maybe a 2 minute walk to beach access which was great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby by with Walmart about 1.5 miles away for all your basic needs. There's plenty to do in the area for adults as well as children. We are nature lovers and really enjoyed the parks in the area especially St Andrew's and Conservation Park.

But what makes the house really special besides its great condition and its location is the management team of Josh and Derrek. Any questions or concerns are dealt with promptly and with great attention. We really felt cared for by them and they are truly wonderful guys.

We were saddened to leave as we had such a great time there. We are almost sorry we rented the house though because we fear that all else will pale in comparison to this place. Don't hesitate at all to rent this house. You will absolutely love it, and Josh and Derrek as well.

Over priced. Also, did not like the fact of the toiletries (t paper) and garbage bags were very limited. A family of 4 can not live 4 days with 1 roll of t paper and 2 garbage bags. Hotels provide t paper everyday for a quarter of the cost. The place was nice and clean. Management was accomidating except the paper goods

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind words to our staff, however, we tried to accommodate you and your group the best we could. We were in contact with you daily and explained several times (sometimes in the middle of the night or very early morning), even before your stay via email, phone and text, that you would be equipped with a one time supply of toiletries. If you had planned to use the 3 (not 1) rolls of toilet paper or 2-13gal & 3-8gal trash bags in less than 4 days, we recommended you purchase as we don't stock these items for guests to freely take home with them. EACH bathroom is equipped with a full roll of quality toilet paper, separate trash with 8gal bag, makeup remover cloth, 5 bath towels, 5 wash towels, 2 hand towels and bar/hand soaps. We feel that this is standard and works well as we have had no other complaints on the matter. The pricing for this particular home is very competitive to comparable properties in the area when considering the large newly renovated home, furniture, pool, outdoor areas, etc.. This is not a standard condo/hotel that shares amenities which does not have a nicely well-kept private fenced grounds which is pet friendly, private pool with toys and floats, fully stocked kitchen, nor a garage, etc., which may be the small difference in price. I believe you had mentioned that the pet fee should not have been charged since your pets do not leave messes behind, but we were glad that we had since pet urine had to be cleaned up from the carpets by cleaning all carpets to ensure the stains were removed. Also, you mentioned a toilet may have been having some issues, but we wanted to let you know it may have been from flushing too much paper product during one use which could have resulted in a plumbing call of which you may have been responsible for. We inspected the home after your visit and noticed that all toilets had not been flushed, and much of the waste and paper product had to be removed before flushing. Also, we ask travelers to complete a few small items before departure. All trash was left behind, dirty dishes were left behind, etc., but we chose to not hold this against you since we had hoped you enjoyed yourselves during your stay with us. When speaking with you via email, phone and text, it seemed that you were overly pleased with your choice to rent our home. We apologize if that was not the case. We hope this finds you well and answers/explains further, again, any of the concerns you may have had during your visit.

Beautiful property and great location

Our family stayed at this lovely home August 12, 2017 through the 19th. The home was terrific and the owner's were so easy to work with!. It was clean and updated and fit our family perfectly. There were places to go within walking distance and the beach was only 2 blocks away. The beach wasn't crowded in this area either. There were turtle nests to view on the beach but we didn't get to see them hatch. But it was exciting to know that they might! Many things to do and see in a short driving distance as well. We spent time at St Andrews State Park and enjoyed some calmer water and fish by the jetties. We also rented a pontoon for a day and took it to Shell Island. That is a must when in the area. There is a cute little nearby restaurant called Jesse's Place that serves breakfast and lunch. It's delicious and very reasonable. Dusty's is also a must when in the area and if you like oysters. We definitely hated to leave but hope to return one day! Thanks for everything!

Beautifully furnished & super immaculate!

A super short walk across the street to the beach & all beach activities such as parasailing & jet skies that our kids had a blast doing! A short drive to the Marina where we enjoyed a 3.25 hour cruise of snorkeling/dolphin sightings! We even rented a "Scooter" at a friendly place at the corner by the house. Lots of souvenir shops, arcade, mini golf, & restaurants. We captured a gorgeous sunset & sunrise right on the beach! The inground swimming pool at the property was a bonus as well. A beautiful property to stay! We were super satisfied!

Spacious, pretty, easy walk to beach

The house was decorated beautifully, wifi was great, plenty of room for everyone. The beds were also very comfy. Walking to the beach with 4 kids was a lot easier than I anticipated. This part of the beach was not crowded at all. Lots of places you can walk to to eat or for a night out. We also rented a pontoon boat for half a day and went to shell island, it was a memory maker! Best of all Josh and Derrek are hands on and kept in touch to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!
