Located Oceanfront at MileMarker 90 on Plantation Key in a quiet safe neighborhood off the Old Highway. Just a few blocks from one of the best upper Keys taverns and eatery...The Old Tavernier Restaurant. Also nearby are Mariners Hospital, Winn Dixie, Tavernier Town Cinema, CVS, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Pier One Imports, and the Post Office. Across US-1, at PayFair Market and Deli are the Island's best black Angus steaks for cooking on one of the grills on SeaGulls Beach. Tavernier Creek & Tavernier Creek Marina, fishing charters, boat storage, bait and tackle shop, marine services are also close by, along with Casa De-Mar shops and services- snorkel, dive, seafood market, restaurants, as well as access to the beautiful nearby Founders Park.

I was happy every day !
I have stayed a Sea Gulls for the last 8 years but this was the first time in #410 and it was the best stay I have had.
The condo is beautiful very neat and clean with everything that you would need. All of the appliances are top notch and look brand new. All of my friends in the condo building think that #410 is one of the best in the building.
The first coffee of the day and the last cocktail of the evening have to be enjoyed on the balcony over looking the ocean - in fact you could spend the whole day out there. The screening is an added extra.
Most days you don't need the air conditioning running, open the sliders and windows and turn the fans (all 3 rooms) on, there is usually a good breeze blowing through.
The condo gets early day sun the balcony faces east/ southeast so it's not hot during the afternoon.
The interior decoration of the condo is very calming and creates a wonderful feeling.
The pool and beach area are very well used and enjoyable.

It is a perfect location in the upper Keys.
