Elegant decor. French antiques and oriental rugs. Rear deck and screened porch look over the 5th tee and the fairway beyond. Unit is an easy walk to the Old Edwards Club House. King, Queen, Twins each with walk-in closets.

Twin bedroom has ensuite bath with shower. Queen bedroom has tub/shower directly across hall. Master bedroom has ensuite bath with separate rain shower and jetted tub. Screened porch has bright, new furniture

Gas fireplace in living room. DISH TV in living room and master bedroom. Dining table has leaves and chairs to seat 10. Breakfast table seats 4. Two chairs at kitchen island.

Kitchen has gas cooktop, and new (fall 2016) LG refrigerator. Carpets were replaced in guest bedrooms in fall 2016.

About Bill Peavey

We emigrated to North Carolina from Santa Barbara California in 1998 to escape the crowds and be closer to family. It has proven to have been an excellent decision. This magnificent area is considered a temperate rain forest, with its 80 average inches of annual rain, and the flora and fauna are just incredible!

We live a half mile from this condo, so are always available to assist and answer questions. Eventually we plan to sell our house and make this condo our home.

                                                          There are several public golf courses in the area: including High Hampton, Sapphire National, Redbird, Sky Valley...however golf privileges at the Old Edwards Club do not convey with this rental, because we are not members, just residents.
