Our property is a 3500 sq. foot cabin which is divided into 4 units. Rent one, two, three or all 4 units. All together these units can sleep up to 30 people.

This listing is for a newly remodeled, great 2 story double, open loft.

This unit sleeps up to 6 people. It has two queen beds, a sofabed and a couch. It has a fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave.

Cool vintage cast iron fireplace.

Great deck and balcony with views of the ski-lifts directly in front of the property.

Flat screen tv and DVD player.

This double loft unit is connected to 3 other units. All units together sleep up to 30 people.

This isn’t *exactly* walking distance from the ski lift. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived and there was trash in the window sill by the door. There was no way to control the temperature of the unit and at night it got ridiculously hot in the loft. The owner’s suggestion was to leave the sliding glass door open on the patio area. The stove was a fire hazard and it looked like something from a 1950s tenement. We also had to contact the owner to get the information on how to enter the unit. The highlight was the mattress in the closet (think Harry Potter’s cupboard under the stairs).

Owner's Response: Our property is literally across the street from the skilifts. The property was clean upon your arrival. The property was built in the 80s (not the 50s) and the stove looks and works great. The unit you rented is two stories, and heat rises. Besides central heating and cooling, each unit has portable heaters and fans. In case you get cold or hot. If it gets too hot upstairs, turn on the fan and crack open the balcony door. We email each renter instructions on how to access your unit. You called / texted various times during your stay with questions. We responded quickly each time. Finally, yes there is a mattress in a big closet in the loft. This is in case you need additional sleeping space (this is in addition to the beds and sofa beds mentioned in the Vrbo listing. Most properties in BrianHead were built in the 70s or 80s and have not been updated. Our units were updated in 2017 with paint, carpet, bathrooms, beds, beddings and more. Stayed here April 4th and 5th and was completely satisfied with the accommodations. Owners are easy to work with and communication with them is a breeze. You can literally walk to the slopes from this "feels like home" condo loft. Would highly recommend !!!

Car: recommended

Our property is located directly across from Brian Head's Giant Steps ski lifts. This is the intermediate and advanced runs. We are also across the street from the "mall" which has a convenience store and restaurants and shops.

Best location on the mountain! You can walk to the lifts and restaurants. Most cabins are at least a half mile away from the lifts and require driving in the snow and 4x4 vehicle.
