I have lived in Puerto Rico for the last 30 years. During that time, I have fallen in love with all the beauty this island has to offer. I am a beach lover, and my dream of owning a beach house finally came true about 2 years ago. After quietly enjoying our property for the last two years, my husband and I decided to rent it out so that others might enjoy it also.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
