If you’re looking for a cabin with mountain views as well as proximity to Pigeon Forge’s numerous attractions, you’ve found it: A Sunset to Remember. With a jetted tub and a fireplace in its master bedroom, the log cabin is ideal for a romantic getaway—and because the sofa in its great room opens into a queen-size bed, the home is equally well suited for a family of 3 or 4… with a pet or 2 as well.
Located in Hidden Springs Resort, the cabin is less than a 5-minute drive to Parrot Mountain and Gardens and less than 10 minutes from Dollywood. It’s also just 10 minutes to the Pigeon Forge Parkway, home to the Titanic Museum, WonderWorks educational amusement park, the Tanger outlet mall, and numerous restaurants, dinner theaters, shops, and other attractions. What’s more, the resort itself has an indoor pool, so you can get swim to your heart’s content any time of year.
Not only is the location convenient, but it’s gorgeous as well. The front deck and the great room of A Sunset to Remember offer a glorious view of the Smoky Mountains and the lush woodlands. The covered deck has traditional porch rockers so that everyone can kick back and revel in the fresh breeze, the birdsong, and yes, the memorable sunsets. For a truly pampering experience, you can enjoy all of the above while soaking in the deck’s hot tub. Just as magical is a soak at night in the silvery shimmer of the moonlight.
An extra-tall wall of windows lets you admire the scenery even when you’re relaxing in the great room. And with its large leather sofa, comfy armchair, restful color palette, and stone-surround fireplace, the great room all but ensures relaxation. As well as a flat-panel TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, and a CD player, the great room has a pool table. If you don’t know how to play, here’s the perfect opportunity to learn!
When it comes to dining options, you’ll be spoiled for choice. For starters, there are scores of restaurants just minutes away. Then there’s the deck’s patio table, which seats 4. And the great room has its own dining area, with another table for 4; its chairs boast cushioned seats that encourage lingering long after the meal is over. The 2 stools at the adjacent breakfast bar are just as inviting.
On the other side of the breakfast bar is the kitchen, equipped with a full array of appliances, cookware, and tableware. Or you can cook alfresco, on the cabin’s charcoal grill. And don’t worry about cleanup: The kitchen includes a dishwasher, which will free you up to spend more time shooting pool or soaking in the hot tub. And speaking of timesaving conveniences, A Sunset to Remember also has its own washer and dryer. For once you can return home from vacation with luggage full of clean clothes.
If you think A Sunset to Remember sounds fabulous so far, you’ll really fall in love once you step into the bedroom. Among the lustrous wood-planked walls and floor there’s a king-size bed, a TV, and a ceiling fan to lull you to sleep. The bedroom’s fireplace adds a romantic golden glow and welcoming warmth in winter, and its private jetted tub is a luxurious indulgence year-round. The bedroom also has a door that opens directly onto the deck, so you can slip outside with your special someone for a nightcap under the stars before snuggling under the covers. In addition to the master bathroom, the cabin has a half-bath, which will be especially convenient if anyone is sleeping in the great room’s sofa bed.
Conveniently located, thoughtfully furnished, and filled with pampering luxuries: A Sunset to Remember is an ideal home base for a vacation to remember. So don’t forget to book your stay; in fact, you should do so today, before someone else beats you to it.

Wonderful
We were surprised the cabin was in a resort. Not what we expected
Vickie, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share. We appreciate your comments. It is not our intention to miss-represent anyone with our photos and we sincerely apologies to you. Again, thank you for sharing. We hope you will stay with us again, giving us the opportunity to to exceed all expectations. We have many cabins that are private and not in resort settings.
A Sunset to Remember
Cabin looks nice, but has some issues within.
Thank you Kristina for taking the time to review A Sunset to Remember. Your input, as well as all our guest feedback is vitally important as we want all guests expectations to be met upon arrival. When a maintenance call comes in, we do dispatch someone out to the property. We do not expect our guest to have to stay and wait for them. In fact 99% of the time our guests continue on with their plans while our maintenance tech goes in and fixes the issue. They will always leave a note when they have been there. Our apologies to you that this was not explained to you. We hope you will stay with us again, on your next trip to the Smokies, giving us the opportunity to exceed all your expectations.
Great property with a beautiful view.
