2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 6
Close to all the major attractions of Gatlinburg but far from the crowds and hubbub, Natural Beauty is an ideal home base for a spectacular getaway. The pet-friendly cabin has 2 master bedrooms, which makes it as well suited for 2 couples as for a family, along with such amenities as an outdoor hot tub, a pool table, an indoor jetted tub, and free WiFi.
Natural Beauty is within the 68-acre Elk Springs Resort, which in turn is within the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, an 8-mile trail of more than 120 studios, shops, and galleries. It’s also less than 20 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area, Rocky Top Sports World, and downtown Gatlinburg, home to the Guinness World Records Adventure, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, arcades, thrill rides, and more. Everything from fly fishing to mini golf, white-water rafting to shopping is just outside your front door. The cabin is also only a mile from a Gatlinburg Trolley stop, should you prefer to leave the driving to someone else.
You don’t have to leave Natural Beauty to have a fabulous time, however. Surrounded by towering trees, the cabin is a delight in and of itself. Its large wraparound deck makes it easy to revel in the fresh mountain breezes and the singing of wrens during the day and whip-poor-wills at night. You can kick back on a rocker, perch on the porch swing, gather around the table for cocktails, and best of all, luxuriate in the hot tub. The deck even has a ceiling fan so that you can enjoy the outdoors during the hottest days of summer.
Indoors is just as restful. Sunshine streaming through the oversize windows shows off the log walls, wood-planked floor, and vaulted ceiling of the great room to perfection; in winter the golden glow of the fireplace will do the same. Live-edge wood tables complement the leather sofa and the roomy armchair, both of which are comfy spots for watching a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. If you have to mix business with pleasure during your stay, you can set up your laptop at the desk and take advantage of Natural Beauty’s free WiFi.
Natural Beauty’s exceptional location means you can choose from scores of restaurants only minutes away, offering everything from steak to sushi, barbecue to burgers. But unlike when you stay in a hotel, you also have the option of cooking and dining in. Equipped with stainless-steel appliances, cookware and tableware galore, and plenty of gleaming counter space, the kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The trestle-style dining table easily seats 6.
After dinner, you can head upstairs to shoot some pool in the loft, which features a full-size billiard table. Or after an action-packed day on the go, you might want to stretch out in one of the 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the loft level, while the other is on the main floor, providing extra privacy. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a rocking chair where you can kick back with a book or your tablet, and a ceiling fan whose gentle breeze is certain to help lull you to sleep. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom as well. The upstairs bathroom features one additional perk: a jetted tub. A long, lazy soak is the perfect way to end the day—and perhaps set the mood for a romantic evening.
Other amenities include a private washer and dryer, a flat paved driveway with room for several vehicles, and a sofa bed in the great room that can sleep an additional 2 guests.
Whether you’re visiting the Smoky Mountain region for a family vacation, a ski trip with another couple, a sporty weekend with friends, or a romantic getaway, you’ll find Natural Beauty the perfect home away from home. See for yourself; book your stay today!

Nice home need new mattress
This home is the perfect place for two couples and/or one couple and kids. The home was very clean and spacious; however if you have a bad back or any body aches or pains this is not the place for you. The beds (both) are extremely hard like unimaginable hard. We had to purchase bed foams in order to survive the entire stay. That is my only complaint and/or warning for those who have back problems you will not survive.
Everything was very clean and comfy. A great weekend getaway!
Nice cabin. Quiet area but close to town.
The cabin is well built. Loved the open den. Big bedrooms. Quiet area off Glades road but close to town. The only thing not as positive is the floors creak. We would stay here again.
We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
Very nice property, loud A/C.
It was nice and clean, great location, easy to find, and very quiet street. However, the upstairs A/C ran constantly, was not very effective, and was very loud. It wasn't too hot when we were there but I would think the upstairs may get pretty warm if it was.
Thank you for your review. We appreciate you sharing as it gives us the opportunity to continually improve on our guest experience.
Was looking forward to a 25th anniversary vacation. Lost power on the second morning so no amenities for the final 3 days including hot tub, Wi-Fi, TV/DVD, kitchen appliances, etc. Planned to eat all meals at the cabin so stocked up on the first day... all meat, dairy, etc. was wasted due to lack of refrigeration. Although this wasn't the property manager's fault, their attitude was "what do you want us to do about it?" Asked if we would be reimbursed for whatever days we needed to check into a hotel (due to no electricity) and was told by Mitchell that they could make no promises regarding reimbursement and it would be our choice. Asked Mitchell to please put a manager or other decision-maker on the phone so we could better understand our options. Was told that he would check with a manager and get back to me. When he returned, he indicated a manager was unable to discuss directly with me, but again stated they were unable to make any commitments and that it was our choice if we decided to check out without guarantee of reimbursement. Mitchell indicated a decision would be made at a later date whether or not to reimburse us for nights not spent in the cabin. We chose to buy lanterns for light and to drive into town for all of our meals instead of paying twice for lodging during the vacation. There were other issues during the stay, but the lack of customer service was the main issue. We will not book through this property manager again.
Thank you Charles, for taking the time to review Natural Beauty. Your input, as well as all our guest feedback is vitally important as we want all guests expectations to be met upon arrival. We sincerely apologies for falling short of expectations. We hope you will stay with us again on your next trip to the Smokies, giving us the opportunity to meet all expectations.
